The AT&T Store, 5002 Gattis School Rd Suite 190, Hutto, TX 78634, is wretched! Please don't go there. I went there this past Saturday, 07/18/2026. It was a living Hell. The staff totally ignored me, until I said something about it. When he finally got time to take my payment, it was totally wrong. He didn't take my payment at all. He was a new staff person, named Precious. He was left alone for over 3 hours, and didn't know how to process a payment! I have credits for my accounts. He didn't know how to look up the correct payment, Instead of asking, he thought my credits were my monthly bill amount! He didn't even think to ask what I wanted to pay, or check to see how much my actual bill amount was. I told him ahead of time what I wanted to pay. He ignored it, and charged the credit amounts from my accounts as my bill. I was furious! Please, be careful with the AT&T stores in the Austin area, most are just horrible. read more

NOPE! There was a young lady that was not professional and evidently LIED to us about the promotion she put us on. Management was also not helpful and directed me to customer service. Did not have us sign anything nor did she show us any paper work. ASK ABOUT ACTIVATION FEES, ASK ABOUT MONTHLY CREDIT TERMS, ASK ABOUT PRORATION, GET A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT IN HAND NOT PAPERLESS, ASK ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE!!! George is incredible. I was completely stressed after spending hours on calls with the call center. within minutes he had us back up and working. I can't imagine not having this store to fix issues like this. I guess AT&T would just lose customers if this store closed. read more

Went in for upgrades- didn't get helped for 25 min. Finally lady comes out from the back - I tell her why I'm there she tells me she doesn't know how to do upgrades. Asks me to do it online. Appreciate her honesty but why not give it a shot? read more

I needed assistance locating an account. he said to call the number because "nah I can't do that" dude was just on his phone the whole time. clowns collecting a free check. must be nice. still no help, so I'm being charged $250 until I can locate the account that I need to show my ID for. read more

Christina, from this store, got me to buy a phone "half off" (@ $380 in April 2018) only it's not "half off" until Oct 2020. Deceptive and Dishonest! Avoid this store at all costs; their goal is making sales, NOT giving customer service. This location is an "authorized retailer", not even a franchise. They are not connected to AT&T; not employees and not even overseen by AT&T and I can guarantee they do NOT care about you. They care about figuring out how to get more money from you and they will tell you half-truths, and even lies, to get you to give them money. I'm convinced of this because I tried for two weeks to solve this issue with the store and the only solution they would go for was to just pay them money! Heartless and Uncaring...and definitely NO customer service. ONE IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Prime Communications store. It is NOT AT&T! If you are gong to complain to AT&T, make sure your complaint is centered on removing this store from their locations of "authorized retailers". In my case, Rose H, who apparently only cares about her commissions, completely screwed up my account, cost me service on my BUSINESS line for half a day (and almost certainly cost me clients who couldn't reach me), and REFUSED to correct her mistake standing by a ridiculous policy that allowed her to throw any common sense completely out the window in favor of making another sale! My adult son, who recently moved out and was about to get his own plan, had come in to exchange a nonworking phone using the insurance that I pay good money for. Long story short, Rose convinced him instead to use MY line to just buy a new phone, effectively putting him, and by default me, under contract for TWO phones and tying my line up on a contract for 2 1/2 years! This cut off my service during a period that I was at work returning client phone calls. I suddenly couldn't make calls and had no clue what was going on because she didn't bother to call me AND she told my son it wouldn't affect me in any way! Losing service and being trapped in a 30 month contract isn't affecting me????? When I found out what happened, I desparately tried to fix it (my calls were going to other agents and it was greatly and negatively impacting my business). She was HEARTLESS and felt she'd done nothing wrong and refused to do anything about it. People make mistakes; I can accept someone who is flawed and owns up to their mistakes and makes it right (I'm the same and if I hurt someone, I do everything I can to make them whole again, or better). Not only would Rose not even admit that she did anything wrong but she insisted that everything she did was allowed and so there was nothing she needed to do. She is manipulative, dishonest, and greedy and she knows absolutely nothing about customer service. The manager, David R, is just as bad. He stands behind his deceptive, money hungry, employees and it seems his only concern is making sales. He knows that AT&T can't do anything about him and he seems perfectly happy to use their brand to line his own pockets while taking no responsibility at all for the damage he is doing to the reputation of the company. Not only did he refuse to do anything; he couldn't understand at all why I was upset nor did he care how much time, money, and harm his employee's callous action had caused me. Worse yet, he was in the store when we finally "took care of it", which by the way, meant my son paying $800.00 to pay off both phones! He was fully aware of me and the situation and he did not attempt to even greet me. He ignored me the entire time, never tried to help, never tried to speak to me, and certainly never apologized! No wonder this store has such terrible employees! He apparently looks to hire people just like himself. The only training I can see that these people are getting is "make money at all costs"! If you care about your money and want to deal with people who actually want to help you, go somewhere else. My son was completely taken advantage of and we both suffered harm because he decided to go to this store! Again, not about the mistake but about the complete lack of care and accountability! read more

We went into the hutto store today and had an ok service. Vincent isn't too descriptive on prices, service or what exactly I was getting. I really wanted Kristina to help because she has helped me a couple of times in the past and is very understanding of people not really knowing what they want or needs. She listens and then suggested, but she was super busy. Overall service was good. read more

Kristina is absolutely wonderful. She was conscientious of my time as I informed her that it was very limited. She answered all of my questions and set me up with service in less than 20 minutes! Efficiency is an understatement! She managed to help me AND her colleagues, as many of them requested assistance from her. She is the AT&T guru at this location! read more

Excellent service and relatively quick. Had to wait a few minutes to be seen the first time I'm, but the representatives checked in with me while they were helping other people and were able to help me upgrade my phone pretty quick once they were freed up. DO NOT visit this store!!!! We recently went to this store to change our wireless plan to an unlimited data plan and have had nonstop billing issues ever since. The "Promotion" we were promised was not at all what we received. The store manager Vinnie is who assisted us in making this change. The first bill we received we went back and he told us there were additional fees for activation and next month should be lower. Insisted that if we had ANY further issues to return and he would gladly help. Well here we are in October and our bill is DOUBLE what i was last month. We have gone in 5 time now (this last time was an appointment with him) and he was gone for the day. Completely and totally unacceptable customer service. I have reached out to the store ownership company Spring Mobile via email as they conveniently dont list their phone number on the website. You are much better off going to an actual AT&T store rather than this place. read more
