After a few weeks, I also discovered my phone heated up very quickly whether in my pocket, in my car on the holder or at Amfam field. Sometimes requiring 20 minutes or more to cool off. This never happened before. As a review of uBreakiFix, I was able to go on line and get a quote and reserve a time to get my phone fixed. 2.5 hours later it was completed. In that respect, they were fast and responsive. Easy to navigate website. Would I go back? Probably not...now I would take it back to an authorized repair facility (Best Buy or the Apple Store).
