Figured at the most that my monthly bill would run about $55-$60. Nope, only for 2 months. All I have been doing is arguing non stop with customer service and getting charged extra fees! I am paying between $70 & $96 monthly for 1 phone plan. I had it set up to be auto pay, and would have money on my Visa. Come 3 days later, they said that their was a return check fee and then charge me $25 and to a card that's not even a checking account!! Not to mention that all I get is 3G..Seriously?? I am paying them off at Tax time and switching back to Cricket. $45 for one phone

I went in to get a quote for fixing my broken screen on my iPhone 7 plus. I was given a price of…read more$179. I told him that I was going across the hall to find out my buy-out for my phone at US Cellular to see if it made sense to spend money to fix my screen. The other employee was waiting in the hall for me to come out of US Cellular and told me they could fix it for $150 they were going to give me a "deal". I had them fix it, only to then have my phone not work. I could no longer hear out of the "ear speaker". I went back the next day and he said he was going to order a part they didn't have it in stock, which lead me to believe that this happens often and that they could fix it. I was told to come back in 2 days. I went back in 2 days, now the story was 1 in 70 iPhones the speaker sensor will break if the screen is changed. Now, that is not what they told me 2 days prior. I was then told he would take my $150 and put it towards a new phone from Apple and whatever the difference would be I would only need to pay half, and don't be worried he told me because he could get a deal. Might I add that he stated that he would need my phone for 24 hours to switch it over. I needed a few days to figure out what to do. Today I went back into the store and requested a full refund. I was then told by one employee who had "the owner" on the phone that my only option is to get a new phone through him. My main issue is that the customer is not warned that if their phone is taken apart to fix the screen that the sensor may break and that they would need a new phone. Nor did the people at your store, which they claim they just found out with my phone. A customer should have the correct information to make a decision to have the screen fixed and possibly be able to hear from the phone or live with a broken screen which the phone is still functional. Tonight the "owner" was not in the store, the person working in the store said he was out to dinner with his family for his mother's birthday and he would come talk to me at the store I was working in. I walked down the hall in the mall and guess who was hanging out with other mall employees......."the owner". He ignored me and went behind a kiosk. I then walked passed the employee that was in the store and he was looking down at the "owner" and I informed him how terrible and unprofessional their customer service is and they themselves. "The owner" has yet to resolve this issue. These guys lie just to make a buck, don't trust them. They do not know what they are doing. I have sent emails to the head Dr. Repair company they do not respond either. I am a mall employee and I cannot even imagine that the owner and another employee would treat customers this way! DO NOT take your phone here to be fixed! Look at their Facebook paged, many customer complaints.

Also HULU has a "glitch" the layover showing how the time the episode has been playing just shows up randomly. I use ROKU when watching HULU. I have been a Spectrum customer for years this new device is a real let down. Think twice before changing from what works JUST FINE (your old cable box) to this new, UNTESTED, GLITCHEY device. As an adult who is still on a family plan, I made the transfer over with her. Had a great experience with their staff. Castevian was super helpful and very patient with my mom. He helped her set everything up, my phone transfer was pretty easy. We also had him put our screen protectors on because that doesn't look like a fun task. We'll see how the service goes now but the activation part was great.

I've been trying to upgrade my phone all weekend and no one can seem to help or know how to help. The managers are never in and we have to wait hours and hours for no one to say anything at all. I work weekends in downtown Milwaukee there I never have any bars my internet connection is usually non-existent as well. I went into one of their storefronts in oak Creek and they told me there's nothing wrong with my phone or the service. Called one of their hotlines and was told a tower was out and it would be repaired in 2 days. I don't know if that was just a lie or an inaccuracy but either way T-Mobile is definitely the worst self provider I have ever experienced. Even my pay as you go with the little flip phone was better. Oh and the phone I got is pure crap as well.
