He asked me what features I was looking for and told me he would send me four pictures of different recliners for me to look at and if I needed more just to let home know. From those four I picked one and ended up getting it delivered to me in the process. It was Nick, Rob and Bill who all helped me and they all carried on from where the other one left off with no issues. I didn't have to wait for anyone to call me back. I got my answers anytime I called. When my chair came the two delivery men, Sam and Rodney were super polite and awful nice and made sure it was all set up and ready to got before they left. Very impressive with the amount and variation of items they carry. I knew they carried a lot of computer items, televisions, cameras, games and appliances. My wife did make an appointment with the Geek Squad and brought the paperwork for the service warranty. However the phone was busted and couldn't be booted. After about two hours with the Tech, she was told she needed to provide our granddaughter's email and iPhone password, which we didn't have. Why it would take 2 hours to figure that out?? Now we have to go back again and hopefully get it replaced. Sad. Selection is enormous. Prices are great. Customer support not so much.

One of the sinks worked, toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, it was 90293739201° in there, toilet paper touches the floor and it's everywhere in the bathroom. The stalls, floors, mirrors, and sinks all have black sludge everywhere. I mean DISGUSTING. I wish I would have taken pictures.. My advice is to pay special attention to the bathrooms because it is definitely a health hazard in there.
