Instead of offering solutions or alternatives, the employee shut down my questions before I could even finish asking them. I asked if they could at least share the current deals available, and was told they couldn't provide that information because they didn't have access to the account. I left the store, called customer service, and was able to become an authorized user in less than two minutes. If the employee had simply suggested that option, they wouldn't have lost the sale.

Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior. Was told it was corrected. All customer service is Offshore in Manilla. Double billing me for an account that was closed when the Business was account was added. Last month I got a bill for $132.00 for the Consumer account that was closed 8 months ago. Or so I was told. After all these calls and a promise to correct it. NEVER DONE. THEY TURNED ME OVER TO COLLECTION AGENCY. 5 OR 6 MORE CALLS. DROPPED MY SCORE 100 POINTS IN 1 DAY. One agent hung up on me and the last straw they transferred me to the collection agency, who told me she could not help me and not understood why they switched the call to her. I have filed a dispute with CONSUMER PROTECTION BUREAU as they refuse to remove it from credit. The payment was not owed and they had no right to ruin my credit for their incompetency and failure to correct the situation. Better company's out there. Please choose wisely. Their customer care is totally NON EXISTENT.
