I asked for my old battery back. They agreed to refund me the 60$ since I was never informed about it before hand. I asked if they can deduct the 60$ from the price of the motherboard and I pay the difference. $90. The little girl working when I called said abe would call me back. Of course she didn't. Called Saturday at noon because no one called me. And he claimed he didn't do anything wrong. I informed him making changes to my phone without speaking to me first was wrong. And that my phone was fine before taking it in. N because of his negligence he more than likely damaged my phone more.. With the Coronavirus going around, it is difficult, if not impossible to take them into any business. Fortunately, Cellairis was willing to come to my house to do the screen replacement. The individual from Cellairis came to my house after normal business hours and replaced my screen while sitting in his car. And the charge was the same as if I had brought it to the store. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen. And the technician even put a screen protector on my phone. There was no extra charge for this or for the house call. I offered more than the fee requested as a tip for the great service, but the technician refused it. Only after I insisted and suggested he use the money to go have some beers with his co-workers did he accept the extra money. I use my phone to stay connected to the outside world and use it to order take-out food, groceries, and any other supplies for the house. I was very pleased they were able to come to my house the same evening I contacted them. Hopefully I don't have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cellairis again.

BEWARE. Unfaithful business practices. The business name is…read morea warning to customers not a boon. The screen I asked for and negotiated for was an OLED. The screen that was installed is not an OLED. Shahzada over charged and forced negotiations. The price in store was different than over the phone. Once we agreed on the product and price work began. I was then shown the phone very briefly to verify work was done and told there are no warranties of any sort. Not being in the industry I trusted that he did the work requested. He installed a low tier screen at a high tier price and did not disclose this. I called to discuss and he could not tell me what kind of screen was installed - he calls it a generic iPhone screen. It is terrible quality- glitchy, low brightness, battery draining, and makes your phone run hot. His pricing started at $450. We negotiated for an OLED for $200. An OLED was not installed. Do not do business here. The store does not keep the advertised hours. The one redeeming quality is that the work was done quickly.
