Sarah Boggs was working and let me tell you, she is sweet as pie and really knows her stuff. With my "Go big or go home" attitude, I picked the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple (hence the music by Deep Purple). She looked up my Verizon account and got me a great deal. She answered all of my questions and used my recent iCloud backup to load my new phone. It was seamless and painless! The phone comes with a cord but not the C outlet plug. She hooked me up with a combo pack that included the C a/c adaptor, a car adapter and an extra cord. I was ready to roll! I highly recommend Sarah and this location!

Micah at uBreakiFix was totally awesome…read more First off, he's incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. More importantly, he actually paid attention to the problem. He noticed right away why my iPad wouldn't charge -- my kid had snapped off the male tip of the charging cable inside the port. Micah pulled out some specialty tweezers, popped it right out in seconds, and said, "This one's on the house." I then asked about replacing the battery, and instead of upselling me, he walked me through the cost honestly and pointed out that at that price point, I was getting very close to the cost of a newer used iPad. That kind of transparency is rare. Super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. These guys are great -- especially Micah. Highly recommend.
