I was actually called a racial insult by their installers as they were refusing to install the dishwasher because there were some mouse droppings under the appliance. We live in CHARDON TWP IN THE WOODS. Of course there will be mouse dropping here and there in the house. I told them I would clean up and use bleach cleaner and that it would take two minutes and that is when the racial insult came out from them as they laughed at me and left. I have a disassembled diswasher in my kitchen, and uncrated dishwasher in my entranceway with boxes everywhere, and disconnected plumbing under my sink. Prior to this they had been complaining about having 19 deliveries today and them wanting to finish early because they were tired. I have never ever been treated this way ever in my life. I am in a world of hurt now with my house a mess and no clear timeline for getting this fixed. We had problems with another appliance delivery several months ago also but not this bad when we bought a stove. It is clear. DO NO BUY APPLIANCES FROM CHARDON HOME DEPOT.

We spoke with who I recently learned was the assistant store manager. We asked him to price two window sizes and a garage door. He priced the windows which took him less than 5 minutes. When we asked for them to be priced as stock sizes he replied he was busy and would call us on Monday with those prices and the garage door price. We did not find him helpful. He did not ask us about any options available. As of today, Wednesday, we had not heard from him.

She asked if I needed help, and was able to get me to the right place quickly. She checked the lumber to see if was good, checking all sides. She got the board down for me and cut it to size. Took me about 10 minutes. I had been to Lowes and Menards before this and had been unable to complete my task. The associate knew her business and was willing to help.
