Love the salads but service can be hit or miss. Hubs and I like to order online, but sometimes one of us would have our bread but the other woudn't even though we ordered bread for both. It's happened so often that it feels like we play Russian roulette on who will get the bread (if we get it). The staff can also be hit or miss- some are great and super friendly but some can be kinda rude when we want to include add-ons. Makes me want to drive the extra miles to get salad somewhere else. Omggg. So happy I stopped in here. I got a chiro adjustment a few doors down and asked what's good to eat. He listed a few options and said this salad spot is bomb. So I had to check it out! I was a first timer and just went with a build your own bowl. It was so damn good. I'm going to be craving this spot again. Definitely will come back and search for other locations. I got half romaine half quinoa with black pepper chicken, cauli, roasted corn, raw cabbage, olives, roasted mushrooms, fresh jalapeños and 2 types of dressings on the side (just in case one wasn't good. lol). The jalapeño green goddess was amazing. But the ranch was so good too, lots of fresh dill in it. I ended up being fat and dumping both in my bowl. It made it so good to balance the quinoa. Idk if it's because I have been up since 4am and haven't eaten or that it was just perfection. But I am going to be dreaming about it all week. lol. I may have to hit them up again soon. Ps the fresh fruit teas are interesting and very low sugar. I was grateful they had sugar packs to add to your likeness. Usually I drink iced tea with no sugar but it tasted off to me without adding a packet. Ps the gal who helped me build my bowl was so patient and did a great job giving me input. Excellent service. Worked at station 22 ordered a wrap , got there and waited 10 min more .. got back opened it and got was falling apart and wet .. lettuce tasted old and tasted wierd .. Not to mention the wrap was not cut in half and looked like a child put the wrap togather looked like a burrito read more

I'm finally getting around to trying this place out and I had such a seamless experience! This place actually makes me want to eat salad, which is...saying a lot. I ordered online for right when they open at 10:30, arrived at 10:30 on the dot (because I'm hungry for lunch by then) and I had my order in hand by 10:32! The staff greeted me and were very attentive. It was so fun to see the place sparkling clean and be the first person in for the day! It smelled sooo good in there and has great crisp and clean decor. They've got a nice patio as well that's not yet setup for the season, and they're part of the strip mall on W Lake so there's always plenty of parking! I got the Classic Caesar and the Squash Goals. I had the Caesar for lunch and can confirm: it's delicious and *actually* filling! Not just a ton of romaine and some sad toppings like other salads I've had in my day. Since I live in Uptown, this Crisp & Green is my go-to for a good salad to-go. I consistently use their app for pick-up, and have had a great experience! Only note is, I haven't had success with curbside - I've still had to go inside to pick-up but no biggie. Crisp & Green always has a good variety of salads, gain bowls and smoothies. I love their Cinco De Light & Fiesta Grain Bowl, which are available year round. However, I normally opt for their seasonal options since they're so delicious! My favorite two seasonal options are on their summer menu - You Feta Believe It & Shrimply Irresistible. Both are bright and light, while also giving me a full meal. This time around, I got the Shrimply Irresistible to-go. It was delicious and I loved that the sauce came on the side. Their citrus marinated shrimp is one of my favorite proteins they offer - and it's perfect in this salad. Only downside is that I wish Crisp & Green had an option for it to be chopped and/or mixed - but it's not a downfall of the meal. My roommate also ordered the Strawberry Sunrise Smoothie - which was nice and creamy without being overly sweet. I would definitely get one of these for a long walk - but not a full meal. Overall, I love Crisp & Green and this location will continue to be my go-to! read more

SO much dressing! I ordered the Thai salad to go with the "regular" amount of dressing. There was so much dressing that I could not finish the salad and had to throw it out. I tried to lift/strain the salad out of the bowl and there was at least a tablespoon of dressing in the bottom of the bowl. The lettuce was saturated and limp. It is too bad because the ingredients all looked really good and fresh. I hope they will train their employees better. It was not busy and the service was friendly. Overall a solid experience. Solo diner for lunch on a Saturday. The only bump I encountered is that I was the only one waiting to order for an uncomfortably long time before someone came out to take my order. Everything after that went well. I have the Seoul Bowl which was very good. As someone coming for the first time the questions of what I wanted in it were a bit confusing, but the person helping me was patient. Super flavorful and unique bowls/salads that actually fill you up! And they fill up my husband too which says a lot! Ordering is easy and not stressful. There are plenty of seating options with south facing windows for lots of sunshine (in the dreary winter months). Only downside is parking, the parking lot fills up quick!! No delivery, broken machines, hard rice Wanted to get delivery, so I had to download the app. I went round and round trying to select delivery from the Lake St location, but it kept kicking me back to Edina. Finally I just ended up calling my order in. I said that I wanted to order for delivery. I was told they don't do delivery from that location- this was the first of many apologies Lauren would offer. So I went on to order and made plans to do curbside pickup. I gave my credit card info and waited. Something went wrong (apology). Repeat the process. Doesn't work (apology). Machine is broken (apology). Scrap curbside. Make plan to go in and pick up. So from getting it delivered I'm now driving, parking, and going in. Fine, whatever. I go in to pay and meet the delightful and incredibly competent Lauren, the only bright part of this whole experience. Smiling, she is left apologizing for yet another failure beyond her control, as she goes between the 2 registers seeing which one will work. And then there is the rice bowl. The service at this location is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I have been coming to this location since it's opening and recently the service has been so beyond terrible. The workers there are dismissive and rude and couldn't care less. We have been frequenting the Crisp & Green in Chanhassen. The team members are always friendly and provide great customer service, but tonight was my best experience yet. Great location spoiled by horrible service. Bunch of tweens working there moving at snail's pace. Plus AC was off so the whole place was stinky and sweaty while waiting in line for 20 minutes. Love this restaurant and was so happy when they added this location right by my home. I went on opening day and it was great, but since then there's always one thing wrong with my order. Last Sunday they didn't give me any cauliflower in my Bold & Buffalo bowl, which is my favorite part of the bowl. Not a big deal. The time before, my pick up order wasn't ready when I got there despite being almost ten minutes late to pick up. Then last night I got my normal bold and Buffalo, and the cauliflower was so brown and mushy, there was no firmness at all and tasted like mush. I threw it all away. I asked for mixed greens instead of arugula to try something new and that was a big mistake. 75% of the greens were either slimy green or wilted. There was also chunks of hard rice in the bowl. I was so hangry after this disappointing bowl. I think I'm going to take a break from this location for a while read more

Went to the grand opening for the free food. First time to this restaurant and I must say, I was blown away! I waited in the very long line, which moved so fast it took about 20 minutes until I had my food. I got the cinco de light with buffalo chicken per recommendation from one of the managers, SO GOOD. They make a good salad, and the place is clean. I like that they have indoor and outdoor tables, too, especially given covid realities. The chairs outside are more stylish than they are comfortable, but whatever. I had the buffalo bleu salad and it was tasty; my dining partner got a different salad and they made it vegetarian for him by omitting the animal protein and substituting chickpeas (his request).
