Love the Seoul bowl. It's amazing. The service is always spot on. Parking is easy. Highly recommend. Feels good to eat fresh.

The place that really should be across the country because their salads are really good! I wish this place had a parking lot because of location but otherwise it's a great place to come to. Every time I've been here weather it's for take out or dine in it's been on point. I love that their menu always features different salads depending on the season. I had a date night and decided to dine in with my partner and he had the Cesar and I had squash goals. I love that the Cesar always comes with this delicious Parmesan crisp. I had the squash goals which I paired with slices of bread. I love that if you order for dine in they will serve it on glass bowls. You also get to decide how much dressing you want. I always go for medium which seems to be the perfect amount! They offer a lot of seating and have great drink options as well as açaí bowls. Lastly I did sign up for their rewards so it's always great to come here and continue to earn points and discounts.

Once my favorite place in the neighborhood but has since gone downhill. Ordered the curry bowl a week ago and was delicious so tried it again yesterday. They "Forgot" the black rice so I went back for it. Wish I wouldn't have as I soon found out why it was left off. Huge, hardened globs of black rice were put in my bowl. I add a bit around it but this one had to go in the trash. I reached out to crisp and green to request my money back but of course, no response. Save your money.

I am fully obsessed with Crisp and Green on Grand Avenue! I am a huge fan of the Wild Wild West salad with chicken and my favor blue chips on top! My favorite staff member has to be Maggie she is so nice and welcoming! Yes I am to that point where I know staffs name here. So far have not had a bad experience here at all

Great pool side lunch. Healthier and less bloat. Travels well if you are door dashing. Ordered two kid size bowls and one full size. The two kid bowls is my way of getting more variety when i I can't decide on one. You can customize any bowl with more or less of something.

I love that they offer to mix them for me. It was DELICIOUS and so filling. I love the workers here also. She was super polite and friendly. I took forever to look at the menu and she didn't rush me and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that.

This is one of my go to spots for a healthy meal! The aesthetics of the environment are SO pleasing to the eye! The food also tastes so delicious and it resets my whole body if I'm in a funk. I especially like this location on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul as the service is exceptional even compared to other locations in the twin cities. The staff are always accommodating, pleasant to talk to, and helpful even under pressure during the busy lunch hour. I'm a regular here!

This is my "home" C&G based on proximity. I've never had any issues. This location specifically is very clean and I truly believe the staff has every intention of moving the line as quickly as they can. Typical lunch hours can become very busy and for that reason, I have had better luck going for dinner (especially if you are in a time crunch). They also do online mobile orders if that fits you better! I'm a big fan of the smoothies and I'll be honest, there have been a few times I go just to get my fruit intake and I don't even order a salad. Tip: If you do get a salad, try the buffalo chicken on your salad as opposed to the protein it comes with (swap out). You won't regret it. Ps: Be prepared to spend some dollars here. The salads are not cheap but the experience and freshness make up for it.

My plans changed on Saturday, thanks to a three-hour flight delay getting to the Twin Cities from Toronto. When I finally got into a rental vehicle at 1 pm, I decided to drive to West Saint Paul to check out this place. This nutrition studio is next to H&R Block in a huge plaza. I found a parking spot steps away from the main entrance. It occurred to me when I had parked and looked at the storefront that I have been here. It used to be Hangout Nutrition. I was trying to find a place to get healthy shakes and teas with no to low sugar in them back in November 2021. I tried a tea from Hangout Nutrition. It was okay, but it wasn't as yummy as what I get from ZeeV's Nutrition in Toronto. The Bar Nutrition has taken over the space that Hangout Nutrition once occupied. I was immediately greeted by Ashley. I got to meet Tony for the first time, who was working behind the bar with her. The space feels cozier and more welcoming. Ashley let me know that Liz made a lot of design changes. I liked them. Ashley was happy that I knew about Hangout Nutrition. She used to work at another business in this plaza, and would get shakes and teas from this place. She agreed that they weren't as yummy as those from NCN. The cool thing about this second location is that the menu is identical to the one at NCN. It makes things easier. I got the pineapple dreamer tea. It consists of pomegranate, raspberry, coconut, and pineapple flavours. It's essentially a pina colada with a pomegranate-raspberry twist. Tony made my tea. It was awesome. I loved it. Sadly, it's only available till September. I have never sat at any of their studios to enjoy a drink. I did on Saturday, mainly because I wanted to post a few stories on Instagram to help spread the word about this new location. There isn't any guest wifi at this studio yet. However, it's next to H&R Block that I used its guest wifi. I paid with a credit card. You can also order ahead using the Engage app. Sadly, it doesn't support credit cards with a Canadian billing address, so I can't use it. Even though my plans had changed getting down to the Twin Cities, visiting this new studio made my day. Congrats, Liz and Ashley! I had a great experience with my tea, and look forward to trying the shakes and getting more teas. (378)

I will also try any ginger shots they have; I just love ginger. And the smoothie bowls are incredible. I always try a different one and have not been disappointed. The shop is super cute and clean. It has an inviting atmosphere with lots of color and plants. And it is a local, family-run business, so even better. They also do events and specials for holidays, like today! We went because they had their Valentine's Day menu available. I got a matcha chia seed pudding, a banana matcha drink, a pink ginger shot, and the double date smoothie bowl. I think they are all my new favorites. The chia seed pudding had a great matcha flavor and wasn't too sweet. The banana matcha drink is tasty with cacao and rose, definitely a treat! The smoothie bowl was amazing. It had a cherry smoothie base with strawberries, raspberries, bananas, chocolate, and coconut. It might be my new favorite. I really hope they add it to their menu. I would highly recommend this spot for a fresh, fruit-forward meal or drink. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in their work, and you can see their mom working as well. If this company has cameras with audio, I would encourage them to listen back to order 6525 that was placed today, March 19th, 2026 around 5:45 PM. I came to support this establishment because I have yet to do so since the opening, and was excited to contribute to the success of a black owned business. The grounds were clean, and the music was a vibe. I placed my order at the Kiosk, and paid nearly $25 for a $9 juice and $10 smoothie with tax. Both products were wonderful. However, that's not my concern. The service was without a doubt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The man serving the community today began to chat with me, catching up because we were familiar with one another from my previous employer. After asking where I was working now, he began to solicit me with job opportunities within Life Juices and on his own personal product line, offering me $500 to assist him with marketing. (Mind you, this is very similar to the conversation we had when I met him the first time, he let me know then that he's co-owner of Life Juices and also offered me job opportunities.) When I declined, he asked why do "black women" act like this or that (I don't remember exactly what was said) At this point, I'm annoyed and offended. After I respectfully read him his rights, I told him I don't want him to make my juice and I'd like my money back. He randomly referred to himself as a Pharaoh and let me know that he would begin making my order. As I'm waiting for my order, two other patrons walk up to place an order. The man serving took this as an opportunity to poke fun at me with one of them, saying I don't recognize a Pharaoh when I see one, and dapping up the stud. Now, I did my best to be a good sport. They began to joke that I don't even know what Pharaoh means. I decide that I'm not going to pay attention anymore. As I bend down to give my three year old juice, the patron leaned over to ask "do you know what pharaoh mean" I responded and said "it means King". She then returned to the conversation with the man working discussing how women need to do better when they see a Pharaoh (that's just a paraphrase) Now if you get a chance to listen to the audio, I was referred to out of my name during this conversation (meaning the b word) and I'm trying to figure out how did we get here when I just came to order some juice that I didn't even want in the first place- just supporting a local business. SMH I'm so upset, honestly. The audacity of these people to refer to me out of my name in front of my three year old son was so distasteful. The audacity to include this random patron that I don't know to poke fun at any person, but me..? a person who just supported your establishment. All because I declined your advances? If you're reading this, shame on you. Do better.

You guys! Let me say this with all the excitement I can put into words: this is the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Seriously.
