The food was superb. The new strawberry protein bowl was so good I loved it. The service was done with a smile and they were very polite and very nice when asking us what we'd like to order. The space was nice and the music was great and the people there getting served were nice as well. Plus the birds were looking at us through the windows all jealous wishing they could have some of the great Nautical Naunsensical greatness of bowlfulishushnuss. Thank you to those two who worked there on Monday June 1st 2025 around noonish time. You guys did amazing job. A great job.

First time visiting and the place is located in a busy strip mall right off valley creek road…read more There is decent amount of parking, although when we got there, most if not almost all spots were full from all the shops including in the strip mall. There is limited and somewhat awkward seating space so something to watch out for if you eat there. Single file line system for ordering and paying which moves fairly fast. The food portions were fairly generous but for me the taste was ok. It did not have the oomph factor for me. The service is nice also and the folks behind the counter were patient and friendly. Planning on revisiting again and will try different items and will update review accordingly.

The citrus garlic shrimp was cooked perfectly. All the veggies (carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, cabbage) were the perfect addition to the bed of mixed greens/kale. I added toppings of hard boiled egg, feta, blue corn chips, and sunflower seeds. My only criticism is that they gave me sesame seeds rather than the sunflower seeds I requested, and the kale included the hard center stems.

It pains me to leave a review like this to a black owned business in Saint Paul, but I am severely…read moredisappointed in my experience today. If this company has cameras with audio, I would encourage them to listen back to order 6525 that was placed today, March 19th, 2026 around 5:45 PM. I came to support this establishment because I have yet to do so since the opening, and was excited to contribute to the success of a black owned business. The grounds were clean, and the music was a vibe. I placed my order at the Kiosk, and paid nearly $25 for a $9 juice and $10 smoothie with tax. Both products were wonderful. However, that's not my concern. The service was without a doubt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The man serving the community today began to chat with me, catching up because we were familiar with one another from my previous employer. After asking where I was working now, he began to solicit me with job opportunities within Life Juices and on his own personal product line, offering me $500 to assist him with marketing. (Mind you, this is very similar to the conversation we had when I met him the first time, he let me know then that he's co-owner of Life Juices and also offered me job opportunities.) When I declined, he asked why do "black women" act like this or that (I don't remember exactly what was said) At this point, I'm annoyed and offended. After I respectfully read him his rights, I told him I don't want him to make my juice and I'd like my money back. He randomly referred to himself as a Pharaoh and let me know that he would begin making my order. As I'm waiting for my order, two other patrons walk up to place an order. The man serving took this as an opportunity to poke fun at me with one of them, saying I don't recognize a Pharaoh when I see one, and dapping up the stud. Now, I did my best to be a good sport. They began to joke that I don't even know what Pharaoh means. I decide that I'm not going to pay attention anymore. As I bend down to give my three year old juice, the patron leaned over to ask "do you know what pharaoh mean" I responded and said "it means King". She then returned to the conversation with the man working discussing how women need to do better when they see a Pharaoh (that's just a paraphrase) Now if you get a chance to listen to the audio, I was referred to out of my name during this conversation (meaning the b word) and I'm trying to figure out how did we get here when I just came to order some juice that I didn't even want in the first place- just supporting a local business. SMH I'm so upset, honestly. The audacity of these people to refer to me out of my name in front of my three year old son was so distasteful. The audacity to include this random patron that I don't know to poke fun at any person, but me..? a person who just supported your establishment. All because I declined your advances? If you're reading this, shame on you. Do better.

The young man at the counter offered me an extensive menu of regular coffees, espresso drinks and specialty drinks, all of which could be made hot or cold. They also have a variety of milk selections. Unfortunately, they were out of skim milk today, but he offered to tweak the amount when I told him that the main reason I usually had skim milk was to enhance the coffee flavor(and their coffee really tasted good). Additionally, he offered to make my drink in my personal cup which was great since I hate to use plastic whenever I can. This location is only a half block from United Hospital and all its various buildings and there is no good coffee within that entire complex. It's definitely worth getting a breath of fresh air and taking a block and a half stroll to have a great cup of Joe! By the way, although I tried hard not to look, their pastry case looked scrumptious, filled with homemade pies by the slice and other goodies. Since they are so close to the hospital it's really nice that they also have a lovely display of fresh cut flowers. Next time I'm down here I'm going to stop in for a meal. If the food is as good as the coffee I think I'll become a regular.
