What an absolutely awesome new addition to the Sandy area! Checked this place out tonight and my husband and I both agree that it was the best acai bowl we've had in the valley. There are a lot of places to get acai but Crisp and Green was extra fresh and you could taste the freshness. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and nice- they were out of the regular acai when we came but had the dragon fruit and mango and they were even better than I expected, they gave us a sample first and the mango is extra extra spesh--- I may never go back to regular again though I do look forward to coming back and trying the regular next time but the mango was definitely memorable. The cocoa nibs were also the perfect texture which is hard to find nowadays in most places- loved how they were perfectly crispy and high quality and the balance of the entire bowl was such a treat. I had originally wanted to get the protein power play but they ended up making a version of the Two to Mango with a dollop of peanut butter on top and it was perfect. We also got the Maple Pea-Nut smoothie which was definitely incredibly satisfying. The best part is that it wasn't overly sweet- it was the perfect sweetness which made the smoothie very balanced and initial sip was pure bliss. The interior of the space is really clean and modern- it's a great fast dining/cafe style place you can come for a casual lunch/dinner with friends/colleagues or somewhere that also fits the space for coffee shop ambiance but with smoothies and acai instead. I'd imagine this place will be incredibly busy given the many offices that are right behind (how lucky for them) to have a good, healthy, and truly delicious place so accessible. It's hard to find truly healthy, low-cal food these days that still tastes really great and is still a treat. Went to try out this new business in Sandy. I'm always on the hunt for a good grain/salad bowl. I placed my order for curbside pickup via their app - which was easy. However, when I arrived at the store there was no designated curbside parking. Today it wasn't an issue because they were not busy, but when they are busy where are curbside orders supposed to park that would be convenient? Then, per the instructions in the app, I needed to call the restaurant. I called and no one answered. I called again and after multiple rings an employee answered. She said my order would be ready within 5 minutes. Totally fine. It wasn't until I got home and opened my order that I realized they forgot half of the toppings, most of which are standard on the Seoul bowl. Normally I'd chalk it up to the restaurant being busy but there was maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the store that I could see, and they were already eating their meals. Also, this grain bowl cost $16, that includes the cost of my additional toppings. I also asked for romaine and received either spinach or the mixed greens. They forgot the following toppings: Cilantro Peanuts Spicy BiBimBap sauce Daikon Sesame Seeds Pros: Food is tasty Cons: On the pricier side They forgot half my toppings Not easy to order on the website Overall I'll maybe return but I'll walk in and order to make sure they don't forget anything. read more

Great spot for a quick healthy salad or açaí bowl. I got the Cobb salad which came with a heathy serving of avocado (greatly appreciated). The bowls and cutlery are compostable with compost bins readily available. The building is bright with large windows and a great spot for a chat with a friend. I have been looking for a fast casual salad spot since moving here from LA (Team Sweetgreen!) and thought to give this place a try. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very sweet. The salad was okay, I tried the chicken ceasar and my husband got the buffalo bowl. The dressings seems to lack flavor and in turn the salads seemed a little bland. The ingredients were very fresh though so it might have just been a bad dressing batch! We still enjoyed our bowls. I really want to try more of their salads and their smoothies too. Oh, no. The fiesta bowl is awful. I'm actually a trooper and I'll eat anything, but I had to walk away from this restaurant and not eat what I paid for. Mushy brown rice, canned beans mixed with avocado and shards of cabbage. Good luck hunting for small pieces of unseasoned chicken. The whole thing was intolerably bland and squishy. I had a great experience visiting Crisp & Green! They are located in a new strip mall in Sandy. The owners and workers are very friendly! They host a free workout class most weekends before they open and offer a free agua fresca afterward, which were all delicious! They also gave all fitness class attendees 20% off their food order. They have a parking lot right outside of their restaurant, so there is ample parking. I ordered a custom acai bowl which was filling and delicious! Their spiced agua fresca was my favorite and all of them are lower calorie drinks so that you can enjoy them without feeling any guilt! I definitely recommend this spot for lunch or dinner. This place is Incredible! Their website says they're building more in UT, and bringing them to CO & AZ and I hope that's true. I go to UT and Denver for work often and on my last trip to UT we ate here two days in a row. The food was fresh, tasty and filling. The employees were so kind. It's quite, clean and relaxing inside. The employees even let us come in 30 minutes before they closed one night and couldn't have been nicer. I'd come back for sure. Tried it for the first time this weekend. We got the classic ceaser and squashgoals salads. Both were excellent. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the ingredients tasted fresh. The portion was perfect as well. We were both full after eating. I would recommend this place to others. I hope this place makes it up to Boise! We passed this "salad bar" on the way back home and I fell in love. The ambiance is crisp and clean with its green and white decor. What a great place! The food is delicious, made quickly, and the atmosphere is awesome. We've been back twice in two days.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've gone here in the last month and apparently I can't learn my lesson. I do the online ordering through their website and every time when I got to pick it up it's not ready. Not only is it not ready, but I wait 10 minutes then I have to ask them to actually start making my order. The restaurant is usually empty or near empty so I really don't understand the issue here. They didn't have 2 of the ingredients for what I got, and they also left off ingredients and gave me tofu instead of the chicken I paid a substitution for. I also paid for extra sauce which they almost forgot and I had to remind them about. The food here is actually good but they really need to figure some stuff out or I just won't bother. read more

Strange situation - I don't know if it was a management poor decision or a mistake but the front door was locked during business hours. I spotted three employees while I was there. Two older women probably about my age. One was doing food prep work in plain view of the customers, one disappeared into the back - probably doing dishes etc from the sound of it. The very pleasant young woman at the counter was doing everything else - including rushing to the door to let customers in as they approached. She explained that the door was locked, she wasn't given a key and had no way to solve that problem. She assembled the salads, blended the smoothie, took my payment and watched the door. This happened today Saturday, June 24, 2023 at early lunchtime, I think it was about 11:40 am. There were already at least one full table of customers eating. The restaurant is located at the outer edge of a large business complex so they probably focus on weekday business but a locked door is quite off-putting! Other than that, the place was beautifully clean and airy, full of pleasant light. We got a Thai & Stop Me salad with chicken instead of shrimp and You Feta Believe It salad. Both were good. We also order Purple Rain smoothie. It was only ok. Kind of bland and dusty tasting. If there is a next time I wouldn't get the pea protein powder. The best part of the experience was the young woman's pleasant demeanor and efforts. Second best was the environment of the place - exceptional appearance of cleanliness and airiness. read more

My husband and I used to go to a similar place that was near by but closed and we'd go several times a week sometimes because of how much we enjoyed the salads. When I saw this place had opened I was super excited and hopeful we found a new spot. Went and tried the Wild Wild Southwest salad and it was $30 something for the 2 of us. This is definitely on the high priced side and I don't see it being somewhere we return to often if we do. The salad was good and definitely filling. I haven't tried anything else that. The service was friendly and I was there at a time it was not busy so I was in and out quickly. I'm not sure about my recommendation at this time, it was good, but for the price vs what we got I dunno. read more

Really disappointed. I really like places like this and I'd heard good things, but there were tons of hairs in my bowl, which was TINY. Not worth $15 at all. Most places like this give you enough food but my rice bowl MAYBE had a tablespoon of rice in it. I went to ask for a refund, and they were having issues with it so I don't even know if I'll be refunded for the bowl I gave back. The açaí bowls are $12 and it was gone in two seconds because of how small it was. Such a joke. If this place wants loyal customers they've got to change that. The food is decent, the customer service is ridiculously and unacceptably slow. We came it at 8:10pm and it's 8:26 and I'm still waiting in line with only one employee working to serve customers. There are 2 employees cleaning up and all the chairs are already put up and you can't access drinks (employee with headphones in blocking it and taking sips of her agua Fresca) but they don't close until 9. I feel bad for the 1 guy actually filling orders- super nice guy doing his best. Not sure I'll come back just because of the experience. It's been pretty comical to watch new customers walk in, observe and then turn around and leave. To top it off, just received my order (30 min after walking in) and it's missing ingredients. I'm so excited to find this place! Healthy, delicious, and safe gluten free food!! Almost everything on the menu is gluten free or can me made gluten free. All the dressings are marked if they are gluten free. They are very careful, and the staff seem well trained on preventing cross contamination with anything with gluten.
