This Cafe Zupas rarely has long lines, so the food always comes out quickly. It's an especially great place to stop if you have an appointment at or make a visit to IMC. And as always, it's a perfect casual-nice lunch spot for almost any occasion. The last time I came here, they said they were out of both chicken and pesto. I hope that was just a fluke and that the chicken pesto sandwich is not being removed from the menu. I'm super glad that they got rid of the crispy chicken sandwich. It was awful! However, I am sad that the cranberry turkey didn't come back this year (though the fall grilled cheese is tasty). I would also welcome the return of the roasted red pepper and lobster soup. read more

This is an old review, but worthy of being shared after the fact. I could tell that the employees cared today, and were really sweet with my kid. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, and the ONLY thing she wanted was Zupas cauliflower soup. They loaded her up and took good care of her. :) Very good service this time. I really liked this place! I am visiting from out of town and had never heard of this place. A friend recommended it to me and I found it to be a better version of Panera. The soup and sandwich options have enough variety to satisfy most people and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that most orders come with a chocolate covered strawberry. I had never seen that before and it was the perfect end to the savory lobster bisque I ordered. When I visited during the lunch hour, the staff looked a little disorganized and it took our assembly line order a little longer than I anticipated but they ended up figuring it out. Overall, you'll find that this place has the cleanliness and design of a corporate chain and the quality of a chain that should last a long time. read more

I really don't know what has happened but this place has gone downhill. Three sandwiches are no longer panini pressed, but they are supposed to be based on the website images and descriptions. That is what makes them good. The strawberries are tiny and the amount given in the strawberry harvest was less than half a to strawberry.... For the strawberry harvest!!! read more

I was traveling and looking for a healthy low-carb lunch. I had the 1/2 soup and 1/2 salad and it was perfect. The salad was made with fresh quality ingredients and there were many soup choices. Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars after a fantastic visit to Zupas today. The food was just as fresh and as good as before, but the service at this location was phenomenal. Both the worker who prepared our meals and a separate worker who thanked us on the way out were super polite and friendly. I have been here over 100 times and each time is so great! You have a choice for a salad, soup, or sandwich. Sometimes 2 will come in a combo or you can get all 3! There are so many options and the food always tastes fresh! The service is always pretty quick and helpful, however around lunchtime it can become busy of course. From the moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a friendly staff. The selections of soups, salads, and sandwiches were ample, and my husband and I both decided on a bowl of soup (the small size was more than enough). We also took a peek at their beautiful desserts. I chose the decadent caramel brownie, and my husband got the strawberry creme brulee. Freebies were dinner rolls and huge chocolate-dipped strawberries. This is the worst Zupas in town. They have messed up 4/4 orders, always missing or incorrect ingredients. My last order was a Harvest Quinoa bowl, and they didn't put any quinoa, radishes, tomatoes or beets on it! It was only avocado, some bits of tofu, and arugula. I finally complained by calling the store. I said "hey my order is missing several ingredients and I'm pretty bummed". The manager offered to refund me immediately. It's been over a month and no refund has hit my account or my Zupas app. I submitted a feedback/complaint on their website, and no response. Honestly, I'm not even sure why I bother with any Zupas. They openly discriminated against a few of my clients with disabilities who were a great fit for the job, changing their mind when we came back for a second interview. They stated they needed lunch coverage. Conveniently, that was the only time my client could cover. We came back and they told us nevermind, can't do it due to scheduling (huh?). I reported the Zupas manager to HR and never heard back. There are better places out there that offer better prices, rewards, and consistency. Don't bother with Zupas. read more

If I could rate it higher than 5 I would, These girls and this night crew were absolutely amazing! Eating out with a severe apple allergy makes things really hard, especially when you want a really good salad with fruit. They not only made sure my boyfriend was taken care of while searching for the ingredients list of the dressings but they were also friendly and conversed with me. Emilee, Maddie, and Charlize, if you're seeing this you truly made my night and I'm forever grateful for the kindness you guys shared with me. I hope to see you all again next time! I've came here a couple of times and honestly if you've been to other zupas, this is the same. The service here isn't as fantastic like all the other chains, but it's decently better. The food taste the same. One great thing about this place is that it is very clean. I'm just guessing cause it's still new. The soup I recommend getting is the enchilada soup. Make sure it is fully loaded. Also, I do recommend getting half a soup and half a salad for the healthier side. A lot of their salads are pretty good, and it's not covered in too much salad cream. Just the perfect amount I guess. My friend kept telling me that their sandwiches are really good, I just never had a chance to try it. I do always recommend the combo, you get more of a variety. Worst service at a zupas I have ever been to! So we get in line to order our meal. Guy asks me what I am wanting and I order a steak sandwich. The sandwich guy must have been new because he messed up the previous 2 sandwiches, and the line manager was getting frustrated enough to throw a plate down hard in front of him stating "THIS IS TO GO! NOT DINE IN!" Anyways, I also get my soup and make my way to the cash register. I pay with it by using my $10 gift card and the rest in cash. She rings up the order. I swipe my gift card. It says I have a balance of 10 dollars and if I want to use it. Register lady cancels out the whole order for some reason and tells me to do it again. No there is no card balance? We get the manager over and she is like "don't know what to tell you, you don't have a card balance." So I am just making this up? Like I am some beggar on the street trying to swindle your multibillion dollar restaurant chain out of 10 bucks? I mean, I would have been fine if she simply didn't have attitude.
