I'd like to love this place but I don't. It's overpriced, and they put a lot of beans and rice in the salads ,and not a lot of anything else. It's nice to have this choice in Wayzata but I'm underwhelmed every time I go there. If they were a little more generous, I think they'd be a lot busier...and then they'd have to figure out how to get people through the line faster. Lastly, I downloaded their app a few days ago and send my order only to find it didn't work. Then I tried it with the manager in there restaurant and it did not work with his help either. I created my own salad and I have to say it was the best salad I have ever had. I didn't even know that soup was available, and when I looked on the menu on line I couldn't find the price. The same was true for the vegan rice crispy bar that people seem to love, but that isn't listed on the menu either. Its a little high priced , but I will go back. I chose the A-HA AHI salad and it was really, really good. The greens, veggies and tuna were super fresh and the dressing perfect (with a little surprising spice...loved that!). My next visit I may ask for dressing on the side - the salad was a nice large portion and it would have been easy to save some for later. It was so tasty I would have enjoyed it again... After waiting 15 minutes in a long line, had to walk out along with a few others who were just as aggravated as I was. Not good business practice to staff so few employees during a lunch rush!
