My wife and I were in town for the AZ State YoYO championship and we wanted a light lunch. Up and down the street are awesome looking burger and beer places, but just down the street is a very nice healthy alternative. The menu take a little to soak in since there are so many great options. I ordered the Cobb Salad wrap, and wow what flavor. I really enjoyed the fact that the vegetables were locally grown and that made the wrap that much more special. We also ordered smoothies and we were very happy with them as well. read more

My new favorite lunch spot! The food is fresh and I always feel good after I've eaten here. Healthy and delicious! I haven't gotten a bad combo here. I like some menu options better than others but more personal preference than anything. I really like the Cobb, the med and the yacht club. It's a little pricey but worth it for the fresh ingredients. They have a rewards app that gives you $10 off after you spend $100. Not taking me long to get my reward! I hear they also now have a pickup option in the app. Love the location but parking can get tricky during busy hours. read more

Five stars on the basis of C&G's vegan options alone. I'm very thankful to finally have a good lunch spot in the western suburbs, as I work in Plymouth and find the vegan options in the surrounding area generally lacking in taste and healthfulness. I get salads from C&G almost weekly. My favorite meal is the build-your-own salad, with the perfectly grilled tofu, pickled shiitake mushrooms, chickpeas, craisins, chopped apples, and sprouts. The yuzu miso dressing adds some zip. C&G also has one or two vegan soups, which are available seasonally. Other vegan options include smoothies and a rice crispy bar (made with vegan marshmallows). C&G has an excellent phone app that allows you to preorder and pay, so you can bypass the lines and pick up your order on a designated shelf. This works great when they are busy at lunchtime and you don't have time to wait in line. An issue with this location is that the ambient noise can be extremely loud, especially during lunchtime. Also, it would be nice to have more shade/umbrellas on the outdoor patio so it would become a better place to escape the noise during the summer. All in all, a convenient place with terrific vegan options that are healthier than most. read more

This place adds a whole new feel to salads, to me salads were always kind of boring, but not at this place. I have never been to a Crisp & Green before so I didn't know what to think. I asked a lady in line what I should get since it was my first time, she suggested the chicken casablanca, but after looking at all of its ingredients I decided to go with the classic chicken caesar. So I order it and from the time I did that until the time I walked to the end to pay it was ready. That was the fastest I have seen a salad put together and tossed in my life. I love the fact that I could choose my own salad dressing and that they were healthy portions. I have had many salads before, after I ate at crisp & green I felt like I didn't need food for several hours. Staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. Plenty of seating, parking wasn't much of an issue because they have a free parking ramp in the strip mall so this was a very enjoyable visit, and I will return. read more

I'm glad to see that they're busy. Excellent customer service. They really care about their customers and will fix anything that isn't to your satisfaction. They've also improved portion sizes since they first opened. Now you get a generous bowl filled all the way to the top with fresh, healthful ingredients. They also give you a larger slice of bread now. I particularly like the Japanese carrot ginger dressing, which is light and zingy. The Minnesoba bowl has a good proportion of soba noodles to veggies, and the seaweed sprinkles add a nice salty crunch. The Caesar salad was on the heavy side, though. My only disappointment is that you can get more variety from Whole Foods or Byerly's salad bar for the same price. The staff is very nice, though, so I'd encourage you to stop by if you're in the neighborhood. read more

Finally a healthy if not organic fast casual. They have an assortment of salad bowls with custom toppings and house made dressings. I ordered ahi tuna and the jalapeño dressing. It was a good size bowl and the dressing was perfect. Tip: they will toss it all together unless you specify -- I personally like it to look like the photos unmixed with dressing drizzled on top. I've been here twice now and will definitely return -- I saw an Instagram promo for the spot's anniversary offering a lidded cup with smoothie and went that evening. Just what we needed in Wayzata! A flavorful place that is quick and healthy! This is a better much hipper, upscale alternative than chipotle (think burrito bowl) Vegan, vegetarian pescatarian, meat eater--there are options for all. This place transcends the basic head lettuce salad line. While you can make your own "bowl" from their stunning ingredients, they have put together some flavor combos that even foodies will love. Their ingredient list includes the basics plus special tasty things like golden beets, quinoa, faro, tofu, and even seared ahi. Fast food ahi in MN? I've had it and it doesn't disappoint! Ok--not quite a poke bowl like you get in Maui --but delish! Their fiesta bowl is a grain based bowl (vs greens) with veggies and even chunks of very fresh avocado -- it has much fresher ingredients than a chipotle bowl and is huge--always some leftover for me for another meal. They have a couple soup options on the menu as well and a Mac and cheese for the kids (it's good and I think they should do an adult version!) I tried the butternut squash and it was tasty (also was vegan). For drinks they have smoothies and something self serve that is a bunch of flavored water options or ice tea. I'll have to check it out next time. No wine or beer. The salads so good a crisp glass of wine would be a nice touch, but there is always the takeout option if you are in the mood for that. Not a bad place to eat in tho--the place has a cute seating area and the cool garage door windows that will open up in the summer. Super happy to have a new restaurant option in Wayzata! Went for dinner but would make it a go to lunch place instead. They don't serve wine or beer so that may be a bummer on a Saturday night. The salad bar selections were great- I suggest the build your own although that can get pricey. I suggest labeling the items under the chafing dishes on ground level vs. just on the board. It makes ordering easier. Love the water selections and kept mixing two flavors for different results. I wish it tons of success and suspect it will do quite well. I went with a group of friends for lunch, and we got a mix of build-your-own salads and the menu combination salads. Everyone was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the large portions. My $12.75 No Prob Cobb was a bit expensive for a salad, but it had lots of chicken & bacon and I don't mind occasionally spending a bit more on high-quality healthy food. This is a suggestion for your restaurant. It was my first time ever being at your restaurant. I was in town visiting family for the 4th of July. I came in to get a smoothie only. It was the lunch hour. So the line was very long and the employees were very busy. I get up to the food line where they prepare everything and asked for a smoothie. An employee said just go to the cashier. It would have been nice if there was a sign right when you come in (especially during your rush hour lunch and dinner ) by the door for customers directing them to the food line and beverages only. Several people behind me in the line got there food before I got my smoothie. Otherwise the employees were nice and my smoothie was delicious! I would come back and try the food. read more

Crisp and Green offers a few Signature salads and limitless options to "create your own". The Create Your Own menu looks quite confusing as it has a lot of ingredients to choose from and quite a few price points... I felt it would take me a long time to even estimate the total price for my own creation :) I ordered the Gangnam Greens (clever name!) salad, which obviously was inspired by the Korean cuisine and I would order it again. My dining partner had the A-HA Ahi salad (another great name!) which was delightful to her opinion. I must say that the portions at the restaurant are very generous! I had to ask for a container to take leftovers home and it looked like some other visitors had similar requests. I might try something from the Grains Bowls menu during my next visit. Personally, I am not a huge fan of flavored waters or Mac and Cheese on the CRISP and GREEN menu... Great place if you're looking for a healthier alternative. They've got some creative signature salad and grain bowls, otherwise you can make your own. Interior is clean and very bright. I had the gangnam salad, which will satisfy any urges for an asian inspired salad. Some of the things it comes with is shiitake mushrooms, kimchi, bean sprouts. and tofu. It's got tons of other stuff in it too but those are the the "asian" components. It's a pretty decent sized salad and everything was super fresh. I also tried the green light smoothie. Taste was on point, however temperature was a little off... It was slightly above room temperature instead of being cold. Still good and still made me feel healthy but I had to constantly stop myself from thinking about the temperature of the smoothie! The only real down side I would say is price. You can easily spend $20 buck on a meal if you're ordering a salad or grain bowl with a smoothie. Actually one other down side is you could feel so healthy that you might be craving something greasy afterwards! I finished my salad and thought a side of fries would be nice right about now! However, in all honesty, this is a great place for someone to start out at who's looking for healthier options when eating out. read more
