I got the Eggs Benedict, the Recharge Juice, and one of the seasonal smoothies. The juice is always refreshing and it's good to know you are putting natural and healthy things in your body. We received a coupon in the mail for Toastique and we have been wanting to try it out so it seemed like the perfect opportunity to visit. The interior is very cute and clean, they had a handful of staff working who were all friendly. We ordered an Avocado Smash Toast and added crab for an additional $6, and used a coupon for a free coffee with the purchase of the toast. I also ordered the Iced Brew Smoothie and added peanut butter for an additional $1 and grabbed some Espresso Energy Balls from the refrigerated section by the register. The avocado toast was amazing, it's a bit pricey but in this case I think it's worth the price. The ingredients taste fresh and they pile on the toppings and the bread doesn't get soggy. The smoked crab was not good - it had chipotle & jalapeño or at least that's what I recall - not a good combo. This opened a little while ago so close to our house. We pass it all the time and decided to try it out for breakfast. First thought when walking inside, clean, bright, fresh and healthy. I saw him making coffee but people who ordered after us got their coffee before us, so that was strange. I would say this is my only negative. Service is slow and be prepared to wait. Everything is made fresh so it does take time and the prices reflect that freshness. Now the food. OMG! This food is absolutely delicious and amazing. It was so good so delicious so fresh. We literally just kept saying we can't wait to come back and try something else. The avocado smash had lots of fresh avocado, cherry tomatoes, watermelon radish, micro greens and the perfect amount of chili oil and sea salt. DELICIOUS. The juices are more expensive when they come in the bottles, which is what I've been ordering, but they keep giving it to me over ice, which is $2 cheaper. Might seem like nothing, but it also waters it down if I didn't want it right away. Anyway, today we tried the toasts - I had the tomato burrata and added a poached egg. Toastique is a chain that is new to the Florida, coming from the Washington DC area. The inside is very inviting with white and natural wood accents. Very hearty toasts, açaí bowls, juices and smoothies are the bulk of the menu with coffees also offered. I asked about hot tea and the cashier didn't think they had any but when I sat down, the owner introduced herself and said they did have green tea and jasmine tea and apologized. She offered to get me one but I understand they are recently opened and still training. I got the Avocado Toast and it was fully loaded and beautiful too. It is very attractively presented on a wooden board. It was delicious too although I wish the watermelon radish was sliced a bit more thinly. For a drink (since I didn't know about the tea) I got the Orange Crush which is like a dreamsicle but with lime juice and agave and almond milk, which is great for me since I am lactose intolerant.
