Never said this before about a restaurant but I feel blessed to have a Fresh Kitchen close to my house. I've never had a bad meal here and the food is always so "fresh" and delicious. I've tried pretty much everything but my go to proteins are baked almond chicken and BBQ chicken. My top sides are the sweet potatos and the broccoli. The cauliflower base is amazing. So is the white sauce. I love playing my order online and picking it up to eat at home. read more

I ordered the 6 bowl which lets you choose two bases, two vegetables, and two proteins with one sauce. I chose cauliflower rice and sweet potato noodles as my bases, lemon garlic broccoli and basil mushrooms as my vegetables, and almond baked chicken and blackened chicken as my proteins. For my sauce I got the coconut sriracha. They have so many unique options that it was hard to decide what to get. Everything was delicious! There was so much flavor in each bite, and each addition was unique in its own way. My only negative comment: I did think the price was a bit steep for a what you got. read more

Fresh Kitchen is a go-to spot for me. I recently ordered the 6 bowl with chilled noodles and brown rice, topped with lemon garlic broccoli, basil mushrooms, BBQ chicken, herb grilled steak and herb balsamic vinaigrette. The food was fantastic. The meats were cooked perfectly and not dry at all! Which is something that can be a problem at other locations where the steak often comes out overcooked and tough. We had a recent experience at this Fresh Kitchen location at Winter Garden Village. It was crazy busy as it was a Sunday. We got the six ball and it was a generous portion. The staff at the line were not engaged; however, the cashier at the end was welcoming, friendly and engaging. The noise level was high. The food was not as tasty as the Fresh Kitchen that we normally go to on Orange Avenue. Placed a Pick up order for lunch to take to our play date. We love this place so much. We frequent here when we opt for take out because they offer real healthy food. Basic, whole food ingredients not fake, processed foods masked as healthy. This is an order at the counter, assembly line kind of place. Similar to chipotle. You'll chose your base (sweet potato noodles!) protein sides and sauce. They have all kinds of options for add one. However beware, if you don't understand the pricing structure you can end up dropping big $$$. The unique and fresh flavors here are all standouts, from the citrus chicken to the sesame green beans. I love the add on options as well - the kale pesto tomatoes are my favorite! My go-to sauce is the herb balsamic, and I can still often get by with a kids bowl here if I don't feel like I need a second base. Updated Review After speaking with the FK management team I went back to the restaurant again. The restaurant manager and staff were great and very understanding. I ordered a six bowl, drink and cookies. I was pleasantly surprised on how delicious it was and how tender the steak was! We sampled a few different sauces but you really didn't need them since the food was tasty as is! We went after the rush since FK gets busyyyy and it was a great decision. My boyfriend was recommended to check out this place by his hairdresser and I am so glad we were! The set-up is similar to Chipotle in that you move down an assembly line and choose the various items you want on your bowl. They have so many amazing options and everything we tried was so yummy! Some of my favorites: kale slaw, chickpeas, BBQ chicken (so yummy!), sweet potatoes and that white ginger sauce (). Honestly though, it was all delicious and so flavorful! I am not sure you can go wrong with what you choose, but definitely take a few moments to read over all the options and you can also ask for samples if you are unsure about something. They also have a lot of really great drink options! My favorite was the strawberry lemon Fresca, but they also have various tea and lemonades, plus fountain drinks. All of the workers were so friendly and efficient! They are patient when it is your first time and will help walk you through whatever you have questions on. There is a fair amount of indoor and outdoor seating, and a good sized parking lot out front. We have already been here twice and have loved it both times. It is slightly on the pricier side (a six bowl is around $12.59 and a four bowl is around $9.79), however the quality of the food definitely justifies the price and I think it is a great deal for what you get! read more

If you want a place to prove that eating healthy can be VERY tasty, you gotta try Fresh Kitchen. I had tried their downtown location (both at a Yelp Elite event 4 or 5 years ago and dining in on other occasions) and I was very excited to see that FK opened a location on this side of town. FK has several base, veggie, and protein choices along with add-ons and sauces to round out your bow. Flavor-wise, they are better than Just Salad and Fresh&Co, but similar to Bolay and Cava. I recommend the almond chicken and the avocado cauliflower rice. This location, like the other FK location in downtown Orlando, is very clean and organized. This place is freaky-freaky-FRESH! Was recommended to try this place since I'm new to the Winter Garden area. I've always drove past different Fresh Kitchen so I decided today was the day to finally try it! Location and parking is exceptional, and same with the place itself. When you walk in, you're drawn by the smell of well seasoned vegetables! The set up is similar to Chipotle. You line up and build your bowl through a window. The employees were super friendly and happy to be there, and the place is spotless. Every spill, it was wiped. I'm all about cleanliness and I felt very comfortable in this place. I ordered the "six item" bowl which included: brown rice, cauliflower mash, lemon broccoli, basil mushroom, roasted salmon and bbq chicken. All for $13! There was maybe two people in front of me and the line moved super quickly. I was able to drive there and back to work in less than 15 mins. Thanks Fresh Kitchen! I will definitely be back. Also, may I mention that the guests that were already seating there were super nice too? One allowed me to fill my drink before them, and the other told me to have a Blessed day. One of my favorite spots for a quick healthy lunch that won't cost too much and all my clients have loved it too.

We randomly found this place on Door Dash, and decided to try it out. We liked it enough to go in person after a day of shopping, and found it's even better in person! I think it's wonderful that healthier options like Fresh Kitchen are coming around. I like the food options here a lot more than similar healthy food chains with the same structure. The food tastes fresher, hotter, and the sauces compliment the food well. Not only that, but they have healthy versions of popular soda, along with their own juices as well. I tried their version of Root Beer, and it was honestly really good! The service here has always been great, kind, and fast. The inside of the restaurant is clean, and has many seats. This place was a delightful surprise! Healthy gluten-free dining can be tasty and delicious! Everything is gluten-free! All of it! There is a guide for other allergens like dairy. This is Chipotle for plant-based dining. You pick a four or 6 bowl which essentially refers to the number of base (always 2 - rice, noodles and/or mash), veggies and proteins. Includes sauce of your choice. Up charge for steak, salmon and addl. toppings. I had a 4 bowl with coconut ginger rice, maple sweet potatoes, sesame green beans, steak, tomatoes and herb vinaigrette sauce. It was so delicious. The green beans were slightly crispy, the steak was medium rare and the rice was fluffy. Every ingredient was a burst of flavor. The most "bland" item was the sweet potatoes which were not that bland. Every bowl comes with 2 bases, but you can sub a veggie for a base. The tomatoes are a "don't miss" for me. They taste like mini bruschetta with basil and olive oil. I found the bowl so flavorful that I didn't even need the sauce. And the portion was big enough that I couldn't even finish it. Sodas are a non traditional brand along with fruit teas and lemonades sweetened with raw sugar (which is not very sweet). The restaurant has a fun pink vibe, but it was not maintained well. There is an outdoor patio. Better restaurant maintenance would have made this a 5 star review. We will be back! read more
