Overall, it was a really good experience. I've been to the Kissimmee and Metrowest locations before and have always enjoyed the food there, so my expectations were high. The food was excellent, honestly a 10/10. We started with the chicken balls (coxinhas), which were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, and the picanha skewer cooked medium was done perfectly, with great flavor and a smoky grilled finish For entrees, I had the filet mignon risotto and it was outstanding. The risotto was creamy, cheesy, and the rice was well cooked, the filet I ordered medium-well and had just a slight pink center, tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. My fiance ordered the Hawaiian pizza, which was super cheesy, crispy, and not overly thick, I've never had pizza with Alfredo sauce before and it tasted really good. Everything we tried was spot on. They also had live entertainment that night, with a violinist, which added a nice ambiance to the evening. The reason for taking one star off is the service, specifically the lack of attentiveness. It felt like servers were covering all tables rather than having assigned sections, which led to some inconsistency. No one really checked in on us throughout the night, we were approached to take our order and bring food, but that was it. At one point, I had to stop another server passing by just to ask for water. The staff was polite, but more attentiveness would have made a big difference, in one occasion "our" server came and took our appetizer plate without barely asking if we were done while I still had a bite on my hand The tip is included maybe that's why they don't put as much effort, and there is also an extra charge on nights with live entertainment while that didn't ruin the experience, I personally don't like being charged for something the restaurant chooses to offer Overall, the food and atmosphere were excellent, but the service could use improvement. I enjoyed this restaurant. The ambiance is really nice, the service was very friendly and the food was good. The food was very flavorful. The pizza crust was nice and soft and tasty. The only downside for me was the 5 cheese was A LOT of cheese. I wasn't expecting that much cheese. So for cheese lovers, this is perfect. I will definitely try another pizza from there as it was flavorful. We had to try the cheese wheel and i always love the table side presentation. The cheese they use in the Alfredo has a flavor in itself. A bit strong for me, but it wasn't bad. The churros were good as well. They were cooked to perfection and was the perfect ending to the meal. I would go back to try more of their items. read more

Oh my goodness. Best pizza we've ever eaten. My wife had the shrimp pizza and I had the stroganov. What we loved the most is they could do both toppings on the same crust and the charges were "prorated" and not charged for two full pizzas. Also Pedro our server was excellent, friendly and went above and beyond for us. Our only critic is the music was way too loud meaning it was hard to hear the hosts. And that was a little awkward. This location is brand new to the Windermere area and has only been open a few weeks. I've already been twice, and both visits were great! On my first visit, I came in for dinner and ordered the picanha with yuca, while my kid had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Both dishes were delicious, and the portions were generous. We happened to be there during the fireworks, and one of the coolest features of this restaurant is the smoke effect inside that goes along with the show, paired with Disney-themed music, it really creates a fun atmosphere. The service was good overall. I did want to try some wine, but unfortunately, their wine selection wasn't available yet, even though they have a large cellar on display. On my second visit, I tried two pizzas: the Hawaiian and the Chicken Alfredo. The Hawaiian was loaded with ham definitely more than your average pizza and it was so filling that two slices were enough for me. The Chicken Alfredo pizza was also delicious. They offer sweet pizzas as well, which I'm excited to try on a future visit. The menu here is a little different compared to their other locations, and the pizzas are more gourmet-style, so prices are a bit higher than your typical pizza spot. They also have live music on weekends, which adds a nice vibe. Just be aware that there is an extra $2-$3 charge on your bill for the band (though you can ask to have it removed if you prefer). The restaurant is pet-friendly with outdoor seating that includes couches and tables, which makes it a nice spot to relax. Hours are extended on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. One thing to note is that most of the staff speak primarily Portuguese (with some "Portuñol"), and only a little English, so it's helpful to keep that in mind. Wow, I am honored to be the first to review this new spot in Horizon West! Ill make sure to get this place off on the right foot, by giving it 5 stars. (They are well deserved!) We ordered 2 pizzas: Pepperoni, and Margarita. Both were delish. What made them so good? The crust was light and airy, the cheese was fresh and flavorful- and the tomatoes were sweet and savory. I ordered take-out this time, but next time I plan to sit and eat. The inside of this restaurant is nice- and oh so clean and new! This past Saturday night, we visited the new Pie-Fection restaurant in the plaza behind the Magic Kingdom. Upon entry, we were super impressed by the renovations that had been done to the former pizza restaurant that was in this location. It feels a lot more upscale, and the kitchen was closed off a bit to focus on the ambiance of the dining room rather than the pizza ovens. The menu is extensive. There are so many pizzas to choose from. And if you're not in the mood for pizza, there are calzones, pastas, and grilled steak. Since we were only getting one pizza to split, it was a tough choice narrowing down our selection to one and then one that we could both agree on. We finally settled on the Portuguese pizza. It was an excellent choice. It was unique and flavorful. Like several of the pizzas on the menu, it came with slices of hard-boiled eggs sprinkled over it. It was unlike any other pizza I've ever had. And the medium size offered six big slices to share. The crust was delicious as well. We also started with a Mediterranean salad to share. For drinks, my partner ordered a Margarita and I ordered a Lychee Martini. The martini came with two lychee fruit in it, something I don't think I've ever tasted. It looked almost like a scallop, but had a fruit-like texture and was sweet. The service was excellent, too. We'd definitely return, and it's a great place to bring out-of-town guests for a distinctive pizza experience. There's something for everyone. Unfortunately, we were too full to try one of the many dessert pizzas. We'll have to try one of these when we have a bigger party with us. Very disappointed. The pizza here is NOT the same quality as the original location. Ingredients are tossed without care and is visible that is not well prepared. I'm writing this review specifically for anyone who lives with food allergies. During our visit, we informed the staff clearly about my mushroom allergy. Despite that, I was served a dish containing truffle, which is a type of mushroom. The truffle was not listed as an ingredient on the menu for any item we ordered and the staff assured us everything we ordered would be safe. What made the situation even more alarming was the response. When we notified the staff of the mistake and asked for a manager, no manager ever came over. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and no reassurance--even after I said I need to leave to get Benadryl in hopes of avoiding using my EpiPen and going to the hospital. For those of us who depend on restaurants taking allergies seriously, this was extremely concerning. The staff did not seem trained or prepared to handle an allergy-related emergency, and the lack of response could have put my life at risk. If you have any food allergies, I strongly recommend approaching this place with caution--or choosing somewhere with better allergy awareness and safety protocols. This is a solid restaurant overall, a little pricey for what it is but the food is decent. Had the pizza once it was definitely good but not amazing. The picanha is very good I have gotten that a few times. Their pasta is also okay, and the ambience is nice. Very nice looking restaurant it has a very modern interior. We just went for appetizers and the chicken caputary to check them out. They did not disappoint the steak skewer and the fried mozzarella were a good choice. The chicken caputary had an excellent crust and filled everybody up. Windermere has been blessed with a Pie-Faction location. It offers a great setting, ample parking, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is very helpful (especially Vanessa, who welcomed us warmly and served with a smile). The pizzas were delicious, with the perfect crust and plenty of toppings. We were lucky enough to admire the Magic Kingdom fireworks while enjoying a wonderful dinner with friends. For dessert, we were pleasantly surprised by the churros with ice cream! I have gone 2x and had a great experience-- Hawaiian w Alfredo and Greek with Alfredo (red sauce is not my friend) ... super well made, just crispy enough, perfect amount and cheese and alfredo sauce is not overpowering.. I wanted to like it here because it's new and has good reviews. We arrived and the inside is aesthetically pleasing - service was prompt and pleasant. Unfortunately that's where the good parts end. Both my cousin and I ordered the salmon dish with veggies and mashed potatoes. Let me just start with the mashed potatoes real quick....HORRIBLE. They should not be serving this. Management - if you read this, please take heed. It came out in a separate bowl like soup. Waaaaay past the point of pureed, and it was so salty I could hardly swallow the first bite. Wish I had taken a photo. Oh, and the veggies on my plate - onions, potatoes and broccoli - that broccoli was so horribly overcooked and salty, smh. Lastly, I asked them to make me a drink of pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and a splash of seltzer - it was horrible. I appreciated that the pineapple juice was fresh, but my waiter had to take the drink back and strain it because I was chewing the drink more than drinking it. I dunno - maybe you're just supposed to get pizza at this place. If there's ever a next time, that's definitely what I will do. read more

Fries were oily, pizza was wet and soggy (for $32) and ranch tasted straight up gross and sour. After speaking up about the food we were ignored. Please save your money and time. I'm giving this Pie Fection location 3 stars instead of 1 because the first time we went there it was a great experience. Last night, not so much. The food is amazing and was both visits. However, they need to do something about the service and ambience. They had a violinist last night (Monday) playing for the dinner crowd and unbeknownst to us, they charge their customers for him to be there! We got our bill and there were 3 separate $2.50 charges for each of us at the table. I asked what that was and the server said it's for the violinist. She just applied it and had no intention of telling us, just added it to the bill! Then, she applied her tip to the total of all the charges! Unreal! She offered to take the violinist charges off since I was making a fuss but I was so disgusted that I told her to leave them and I will just not be back! I will tell everyone I know about this experience! You don't charge your customer for live entertainment unless they know upfront like a cover charge! You also don't add a tip to charges that aren't for food! All of our food came to $61 (meal, 2 small pizzas) but the total bill was $89.88 with the extra charges, tip and tax. Great food but gauge their customers! Also, the violinist was so loud that you couldn't even hear the conversation at the table. We will not be going back and recommend others to avoid if they don't want to be overcharged! read more
