When I canceled the appointment I had never agreed to, they charged me another $60 and have refused to refund it. Charging a customer for an appointment the company created without authorization is completely unacceptable. I lost $60, but they lost a customer because their actions made it clear that they do not value their customers or conduct business fairly. I would not recommend this company.
