When the delivery man came he just brought 4 stools so I asked him and he said they just put 4 on his note, so I called the store and they told me to come over to see what they could do for me. Today I went and I actually found the two stools I am missing. I spoke with a sale's person and a very rude old lady from the area you are charged and they didn't want to give them to me because someone wrote with a black pen 4 stools after the transaction was made. Although the note said "As it is" and there were 6 stools and a table, a black pen number is more credible than a customer. They were very quick to offer to sell them to me tho. Why would I pay for someone I paid already once? This was the second time I bought from Weatherby's and for sure the las time.

With that being said, the building process was not pleasant. They far exceeded the agreed upon completion date. Said it would take 2 months. Ended up taking 5 months. I also had to follow up and stay on their ass every step of the way. I constantly had to go around the Foreman, who didn't return calls, communicated poorly and didn't follow through, and call the owner just to get sub contractors scheduled and progress made. First They kept blaming the city permitting department. After waiting a month after they dug the hole, I finally called the city myself and found they never submitted a permit. They owned that mistake and promised improvement. After that they would do a days worth of work, leave for 3 weeks, I would call and complain nothing was being done, they would show up do 2 days worth of work, then leave for another couple weeks etc.. I understand that we were at the mercy of subcontractors. But not even scheduling and leaving your customer high and dry is unacceptable. I had higher expectations for their customer service and logistics. Also, there was no follow up after construction. Not even Just a "Hey how's that pool doing?" Pros: Great Pool, Great work, Good Subcontractors. Cons: Poor communication, poor scheduling/logisitcs. I hope they see this as constructive and made some minor improvements since. In the end, we love our pool.
