This is the second time I've been here. The pizza is good and the prices are fair. The staff is friendly. I usually go to pizzerias for lunch while doing my real estate bussiness so I definitely go to a lot of pizzerias in Brooklyn and staten island and I can tell you this is a staten island hidden gem. I'm actually really disappointed. I live nearby, so I ordered penne vodka from here and it was the worst penne vodka I ever had. There was barely any vodka sauce. I thought it was perhaps because it was close to the end of the night. I ordered again forgetting that I had ordered from here before. So I tried out Crispy Pizza for the first time this evening and overall I am satisfied. But to delve a little deeper, I am also pretty disappointed. I ordered chicken noodle soup, a large cheese pizza, and a chicken finger platter with French fries. Both the noodle soup and chicken are really amazing. The fries left little to be desired, however. The biggest disappointment of the night is unfortunately the PIZZA. I had hope that this pizza would defy standards but it is lackluster at best. The crust is too thin, the cheese too thin, and the sauce is wayy too bitter and bland. There is also this burnt taste from how it was baked in the oven which is something I've never encountered, even on the worst of pizzas. I will continue to order from Crispy Pizza because of their entrees, but never again for the pizza. read more

I just discovered this place and it hits the spot every time. The marinara sauce on their pizza is deliciously seasoned, and the garlic knots are the best I've ever had. So Soft and oozing with fresh garlic. I wish the wings were a bit crispy but other than that, I'm a very satisfied customer. read more

Wasn't expecting much from this place but I was surprised. Pizza tasted good, especially compared to the other garbage pizza places around St. George. I just hated how it wasn't hot, only warm, and I only live a couple of blocks away, so that annoyed me. Either way, I'll definitely order again and try their other items in the future. read more

Horrible experience last night. I'm so annoyed right now. I ordered delivery from Grubhub from Crispy Pizza. I ordered at 5:27 (I have email as proof). Was sent email that my order would be here 6:20. 6:24, my toddler is hungry, I call to see if it's in the way (5 mins from here) told they are waiting for kids ravioli. 645 I call and I am told I have to pick up!! Unreal, I have confirmation for delivery. I asked to speak to manager and I'm told there's none today and had to wait on hold for a name. Not even a sorry!! So unprofessional. After debating, they send food out. Ravioli cold, chicken cutlet burned, bread stale. Wings cold. This is unacceptable. I emailed store and I am waiting for a reply. read more

Everything about Crispy Pizza is great. The pizza is delicious. I love the sauce and the crust on the pizza (thin or thick). I had the eggplant parmesan which was also amazing. There are so many different varieties of pizza I can't wait to try. The restaurant is brand new, clean and they have a huge flat screen on the wall playing sports. It's great for families. Crispy Pizza isn't too close to my home but the trip is totally worth it for some amazing New York pizza and Italian dishes. Love it and I will be coming back! read more

Great pizza and delivery is always under 40 mins. They have a wide variety of different pizzas but we always stick to originals as its a personal preference. The pizza is cooked to perfection, with a nice evenly bake finish with the perfect crust that just satisfies with every bite. Definitely my number one go to pizza on the island. read more

Tried it for the first time last weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Nice well done crust, zesty sauce, and a nice array of toppings, although the Grandma slice I had stood just fine on its own. When they first opened they were delivering great customer service and food. Now I would say the service and food is horrible. If you deliver expect items you paid for to be missing and your food to be burnt/ or inedible. I once called to complain about my order and was told the manager will call me back and they didn't even ask me what my problem was, name or number. In a business among other businesses customer service is key. You were happy to take my money so you should at least take accountability for your mistakes. I don't believe any restaurant should let burnt food leave their kitchen. read more

I called after about an hour and a half wait, which was the second time this happened to us but the first time that we called to complain about slow service. The person on the phone, who identified himself as Donnie, told me to stop calling for service. We're upset because Donnie offered no other solution except to stop calling. What a shame to lose a customer over poor attitude. Called occurred at 9:50PM Sunday March 10th, 2013. I will follow up with the owner/manager but I will not be ordering from this establishment again. I understand it must have been a busy Sunday- but that's not how you handle a customer. read more

We used to order from this place weekly. The customer service has become atrocious. They lie ALL THE TIME about delivery times, and their menu doesn't say what is actually in their food. I don't like to give restaurant a bad review. I've been stopping by this place and ordering pizza from them for a while. Mainly because the pizza is ok although I always have to tell them to make it extra crispy and 2 because the prices are very reasonable. Today I'm actually very annoyed and disappointed. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the dough was practicly uncooked. It was pretty disgusting to chew on I had to throw it out. When I called to complain a very rude girl says to me I didn't cook it , I can get you the manager. Which he never came on the line and offered me to replace it or a refund. I'm I not supposed to call and make a complain? If you're picking up the phone common curtesy is to apologize. Don't be annoyed of hearing a customer complain. I have the right to complain if I paid for a cooked pizza and in came to me unedible. A word of advice. If you're picking up the phone you're a representative of the establishment and should be professional on the phone at all times. I will never order pizza from you guys again. Crispy Pizza is usually my go-to pizzeria. The vodka pie is good and the staff is usually friendly. However, on this evening I decided to venture away from my norm (pizza) and explore other items on the menu. I ordered some Stuffed Shells and Garlic Knots shortly before 9PM. Upon delivery (and my mouth watering at the thought of these stuffed shells), I open up the bag to see Garlic Knots and Fried Calamari with sauce all over the place. I called right away and the girl on the phone insisted that the stuffed shells were delivered to me. It was almost like she didn't believe me. So, we went back and forth for a few minutes until she put a man on the phone. He also told me that he was certain the shells were delivered. At that point, I am hungry and irritated and they are trying to tell me that I received my order when I definitely did not. I had to tell him multiple times that they delivered the Garlic Knots and Fried Calamari, which I did not order. After he put me on hold for a couple minutes, he came back and told me that they would get me my order right away. I waited for about 15 minutes and I got a call, I go outside and the delivery boy is at my door asking me for the Fried Calamari back because it has to be delivered somewhere else. I give him the Calamari and waited another 15 minutes for him to finally come back with my order. Starving at this point, I eagerly open the box and look at my Shells to see that were drowning in grease. All that fuss and I couldn't even eat them because they just were not satisfactory. I am super disappointed and will be bringing my business elsewhere going forward. read more

There's always a problem with them, either there is something wrong in your order or they take an hour and a half to driver your food. I live close to it so that's the only reason why I order but this place tends to be my last option. Today I decided to order a pie and pick it up so I wouldn't wait an hour and a half to get it delivered, the counter girl told me over the phone that my pie would be ready in 20 mins, I went to pick it up around 30 mins later and she tells me that she doesn't have my order, that I never called. I had their phone number on my phone how can she tell me that I didn't call ? I told her "I spoke to you, it was your voice you said 20 mins" she said "I know but I don't have your number in my screen" she didn't even offer me to make me the pizza or say I'm sorry NOTHING. I was so furious seriously, I will never order from here again, just horrible. Oh and the pizza is not even that good by the way. read more

I have to write a poor review about this pizzeria. When my husband ordered over the phone, he had made a special request, and when he made the request the girl that was on the phone laughed at his request. My husband was completely offended by the girl laughing on the phone. Secondly, she said that our pizza would be delivered in a half an hour and it took over an hour to get our pizza. After calling about 3 times to find out where our pizza was, the delivery guy came and when we tried our pizza it was cold. So when my husband called back to complain about the cold pizza, the person on the phone then said that the next time we order pizza there we can get a free pie. So yesterday my husband and I personally went there to get our pie. I had asked to speak to a supervisor, and the young man that was there said that he was the owner. Because my husband expressed how their service was terrible , the owner heard him say that the service was terrible and became rude and taunted my husband by saying how they have been in business for 3 years, and then became personal and ask my husband what he did for a living and is he in customer service. The so-called owner was just very unprofessional. Here is a word of advice Crispy Pizza... It doesn't matter if you've been in business for 3 years, not every single customer will be satisfied with your service or pizza. So if one or two people complain about your business try not to take it to heart. Let your business speak for itself, and maybe you might need to take some customer service classes so that way you know how to treat your customers. read more

worst experience at a pizzeria ever!!! do not eat here !! first off the fact that they did not have an air condition unit the whole month of june is disgusting meaning their customers sweat like their workers... came in here with a friend and i don't know whether the cleanliness or service was worse... i have no doubt about it that all these positive reviews are family members & friends of the owner of crispy pizza a dump they call a pizzeria off richmond terr. i walked in here with a friend the girl took his order then went on to do something else not asking me anything ....if i was being helped or anything first strike.... flies where everywhere inside the pizzeria ...second strike .. and on top of all that when another customer walked in she completely disregarding me trying to order there for about 20 minutes and helped some one who just walked in ... once my friend spoke up to tell her that whats shes one was not only rude but did not even give notice that a customer was sitting there for 20 min trying to order....instead of telling me "sorry what can i get for you "? she helped the customer that came in behind me gave me this clueless look then asked what can i get for you after 45 min of waiting there .... i would not give a dime to this place its a dump for a pizzeria i rather make pizza at my own home then to go to a dump they call a place of business p.s it was the short young girl monday around 2pm that had such a disgusting attitude and way of treating & ignore customers... id spit in the owners face if i could for running a pizzeria shop like this read more
