We came in for an oil change, and the technician said he had trouble with the oil filter canister. He needed help from another team member. They charged us an additional $13 for removal of the splash guard underneath, which we know they did not do because there are two doors accessible to it: a door for the oil filter and a door for the drain plug. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I honestly haven't been more pleased with the treatment that I received throughout the process by any business in a very long time![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Daniel, one of their many friendly professionals.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Daniel instructed me where to park and asked that I exit the vehicle. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have multiple sclerosis, a condition that makes entering and exiting my low slung sports car physically challenging. After explaining to Daniel my limitations and that exiting the vehicle would require a minute, he amazingly said that he could accommodate me by performing his tasks while I remain seated![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Talk about being relieved, at that moment he was like a Marvel superhero without the cape! Something else that I observed throughout the process is that Daniel exercised care not to touch my vehicle's painted surfaces without being instructed not to. Needed three different vehicles inspected, the inspector offered to wait until I had gotten all three trips done to invoice me, I offered to pay up front, and he said no need to run three transactions. Got the three inspected in 3 trips and in a short period of time and was treated like a KING! He charged my card once for all 3 inspections. I'll never go anywhere else. There is a man there named Keith, I think. He's super aggressive and argumentative for no reason. My husband was looking over the inspection papers and the guy (who I believe is Keith) started yelling at him. We were surprised bc it seemed normal to look over the papers for a second. It went downhill from there. We eventually paid and drove off with the guy still saying rude comments as we were leaving. There's too many other places to put up with that. Too bad bc the other employees were really likeable. It was just so strange and random how aggressive that one man is. read more

I have been to this place 3 times in the past year. I had a very bad experience all 3 times. Great location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Extremely poor attitude. Rude, argumentative, and no manners whatsoever.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] These are the kind of people who will go out of business and then blame everyone else. Don't go in the customer waiting area because it will shock you. It is a good reflection of how they view customers. Filthy, dirty, and grimy. It is like the prior owners just left the remnants of customer care and these people have never gone in there. Dust, dirt, and stench everywhere. An old empty coffee pot and old supplies that have not been touched in years. You don't feel safe to sit anywhere and it is difficult to breathe with the odor. You have no choice but to step back outside. At least the bay and shop areas are organized and clean. So location and convenience is the only thing this place offers. So, women, if you don't care how you are treated or if you are a rude Karen yourself, knock yourself out. This place is perfect for you. But as for me, I won't be back. The manager was rude. i tried to put air in my tires and he told me I couldn't do that and should wait till they were done with the other work they were doing. The air hose was on an unused bay. I left and went to another place to check my tires. Apparently the shop has NEW OWNERS. I called the business to ask some questions. Whom ever answered the phone said Hello and didn't identify him self or the business. I had to ask if I had the oil change or some place else. read more

Stay away. I brought my new truck here which has a factory skid plate For an oil change because there was no wait. I walked to get something to eat. When I came back they said the bolt is stripped that holds the skid plate on and can't get to the drain plug. I noticed the cordless drill by the tire which the guy in the pit tried to use and never got it on straight and messed up the Allen head bolt. The lady running the register told me they have this problem often from other service stations. Not a chance this was the first oil change. I drove it home and the engine service light came on. I took it to Oriley to have it scanned to see why the light came on. It was a vacuum issue because they never put the dip stick back in. Had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. An expensive lesson. read more

Hanging Engine protection metal guard underneath: I had the full synthetic Oil Change done here on 6/30 at 4 PM Approx (2021 Honda Crv). Seems like the engine guard removed for oil change wasn't screwed back properly. I did not realize same day driving back as house is close by and speeds are very low. However it came to light today morning 7/3 when I started driving on the highway. I did not experience anything hit car underneath nor is there any damage to the guard which indicates blow and caused this damage. However partial damage can be seen to front ends from the metal guard scraping the road at high speed. I understand we humans are not perfect and this is more likely an honest mistake. Its my humble request to owner to get in touch with me at 469-452-9446 to resolve this matter. We used a rope to avoid further damages. I have taken my vehicles here for YEARS for inspections. I won't be back. I pulled up where the inspection sign indicated to park for inspection, as usual. Usually, someone comes out to take information. I didn't wait long but nobody came out so I walked up to the two guys at the back of the garage and I was immediately greeted with an impatient and unprofessional attitude and asked what I wanted. When I started stating that I wanted an inspection the guy cut me off and said to leave all my info in the car. When I started speaking again he got impatient again so I got some attitude back, not gonna lie. I asked if he could stop cutting me off so I could ask a question about my car insurance being on the phone and not being left in the car. He barked that he'd come inside and check with me and asked why I was being so fussy and to not cuss at him. I did say 'GD' after he barked his last response to me. I just turned around to go back to my car to leave, hearing him mumbling under his breath. I'm completely disappointed and disgusted. I'm waiting at Firestone right now for my inspection. read more
