Came to Sticker Express on a friend's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did. I also have another friend who's used their Round Rock location and had a great experience, so I figured I'd give it a try. It's super convenient, you just drive through and don't even have to get out of your car. You line up in the back, and I was greeted right away. The first employee took my insurance card, got my mileage, and directed me forward. Then another gentleman helped me finish up. They asked if I wanted to pay for my registration on the spot for an additional $7, which I appreciated since I just wanted everything taken care of at once. There is also a $2 debit card fee, which was fine. One small thing, I did notice a tip jar, and there's also a tip option when you pay by card. I'm a little unsure how I feel about that in this type of service, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I left with my sticker in hand. First time coming here! It'll be perfect and great if there's no line but when I came here around 2 pm, it's a huge line! But I stayed in the line until my turn came. Prolly 8 or 9 cars ahead of me and got to go through in 30 mins also. It's a drive through style and you don't have to get off the car, prolly that's what people love coming here. This place can be slow, so the 10 minute inspection is more like a title only. Customer service is very poor here, from the guy that walks around and collect information, to the people that are actually doing the inspection. One guy looked like he wanted to kick someone in the stomach for just having to be there. I also heard two cars up, a woman employee being very rude and unpleasant to a customer. If you don't want a disgruntled/unhappy employee culture to give you the blues, just take your money and get good customer service elsewhere. What a deal! Stopped by Sticker Express for the annual drill. Never even had to get out of my vehicle! 2nd in line when I arrived (drive behind the gas station next door to get in line!). I needed a quick vehicle inspection, as my registration had to be renewed by the end of the month. Sticker Express stood out as the most convenient option near me. When I arrived, I found the customer parking spaces next to the building. There was a short line when I walked in, but after waiting 5 minutes, it was already my turn. I showed them my auto insurance and was asked to wait nearby. From when I arrived to when I was told my car was ready, it took about 15-20 minutes. Factor in the 2-3 cars in front of me; that's a pretty fast turnaround. Thankfully, I had no issues that needed to be addressed during this visit. What surprised me was that they could print the vehicle registration sticker onsite, which I happily took advantage of. I paid $98.75, including the safety check, emissions check, and registration sticker. I was in and out in 20 minutes, having my vehicle inspected and registration renewed. Highly recommend! I was pressed for time and trying to make it to Houston before rush hour. I pulled into Sticker Express and was in and out within 10 minutes! They asked it I wanted to get the inspection sticker and renew registration at the same time instead of going through the Tex.gov website. Yes, please! Awful service, was literally cursed at by the service worker for no reason. He serviced the car behind me because he fully supported her cutting in line in front of 10 others cars because even though there has ever only been one line to wait in for service, apparently they allow two lines and he tried to let her cut in front of me after I'd waited 30 minutes. The manager was extremely rude and would only apologize after a 10 minute call, which I did not initiate, for his employee cursing at me. Will NEVER return! read more

I never knew this place existed. I was in a bind as my registration was expiring and I was heading out of town. I was recommended this place and was happy to get my vehicle inspection and registration taken care of the same day at a great price! There was a line when I got there but don't worry it goes fast. Had to get my trucks emissions test and went to Sticker Express today. They provided excellent customer service and the wait was not bad considering it was noon. You now stay in your car and drive through to receive the service needed. They even completed my registration and gave me the required window decal. So polite, fast and friendly. Remember it's summer and hot in the car waiting. It seems to take about 10-15 min. per car to complete, so plan accordingly! read more

Today, though, in paying the $11.50 emissions fee, $2 (17%) was automatically added, supposely because I used a credit card, which I have always done without an upcharge. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to say I was pleased with how quick this service was when I went this morning (between 9:30am-10am). The woman who helped me was friendly and helpful. I got my inspection and paid for sticker there and the young man who processed it even helped me remove my old one and put new one on. Was done in less than 15 minutes. These types of services I typically wait until last minute to do because I always feel like they will take lots of time out of my day and are not fun (lol) but today it did not and i got to sit in my car the whole time. It's so fast that it's almost suspicious! I'm coming here from now on - I tried a lot of other places but you had to set appointments or their inspection guy only worked certain hours. After waiting two hours at the tax office, we were shocked to find out the inspector had listed her car as a Honda Odyssey. How does an inspection station not recognize the difference between a Toyota and a Honda logo? The correct details are clearly shown on the VIN and registration documents. This is all they do and they are efficient. First come first serve. When I arrived there were many folk in front of me but I think I was in and out under 20 minutes. They are efficient. They do one thing but do it well Staff is not overly friendly, but not unfriendly I decide to come here after attempting to get my car at other places in the area that offer inspections. I was there for over an hour because I got skipped multiple times. in this process, I saw him fail four people for minor things, myself included over what could've been told to me upfront off of an eye test. Reluctantly, I waited till the end of the month for a state safety inspection. I just knew the wait would be long. But I arrived and the bays were empty. Could be the Texas spring weather. You know... drizzly, overcast trying to rain But the folks here took me right away. Just make sure to bring your insurance info in. The wait area is small but clean. Room for about two customers inside and two chairs outside. The test goes fast and you'll be on your way. I used these folks last year. They always get good reviews for a test site. I don't recommend this business. The man that inspected my car was angry, likely from a busy day, but took it out on everyone he encountered. Other customers were visibly uncomfortable and offended as he was very sarcastic and negative. He immediately approached a woman who had just arrived and stated "there are 7 cars in front of you and at least an hour or longer wait" and then he stated "I'm PRETTY sure there may be other places in town that do inspections". I am hard of hearing and he laughed when I asked for clarification on something he said and then continued on to end the conversation with "it's 18 dollars, IF you care to pay". My family has used this business for years and never had a problem until now. But, the man was right. There are a lot of other businesses to get a car inspected in Cedar Park. For my 800th review, it's Sticker Express! My usual Sticker Express on 620 had an hour wait, no thanks. This one on 1431 had me out in under 15 minutes. I barely had time to like all my Yelp pals check-ins. They do have free wireless access but I was not able to connect to it. I have used Sticker Express on Whitestone for several years now and I have never had issue with them. Yes, they can get very busy especially on weekends and at beginning/end of months and their waiting room is somewhat small but that is to be expected for an operation focused on getting your car in and out for annual inspections. I've always had great customer service and been warned when they are backed up (although I try to go in middle of month/week to avoid the back ups and if it looks crowded, I try another day). I really appreciate the information they gave me on some issues to address with my older vehicle that didn't impact its safety inspection but that probably need service now that vehicle is at 144k!
