Well, it turns out, so is Nicole!! She made sure she knew everything needed for all 4 of my pets (two cats and two dogs) prior to me going on vacation. I was gone for 10 days, and she sent updates each time she visited along with pictures of all the pets. I opted for the twice a day for 45 minutes and it was worth every penny. I have never gone away and felt completely relaxed until now. After the first visit I was sold, she is my go-to person for pet sitting. She made sure all of them were well cared for and loved while I was away. She is wonderful at communication; payments can be made online and there is a super easy to use app that is used for everything. Last week, I came across Lisa's website and decided to send her an email about her availability. She promptly responded to all the emails, texts, and phone calls. She is very nice & professional - licensed, bonded, and has over 200+ clients - but always ready to take on more! Lisa came over to feed our kitty for a few nights, and sent us a text message (some with pictures!) letting us know how the visits were going (love that!!). She left a daily log of our kitty's behavior/eating patterns, which was so nice to see. Also, our little kitty seemed happy when we came home, and everything seemed to be in perfect order. Wow, very impressive in every way. Her paperwork is profession & complete. Dixie has been difficult to house train. Deb Implemented her strategies & Dixie came back to us a better trained dog. Walking with Deb & her dogs daily was a highlight for Dixie. It's amazing to see Deb walking her tribe. They were loving life at several local parks near Debs home. Deb sends photos & videos updates frequently which is joyous for us seeing our happy Dixie playing & loving her doggie buddies. Deb's daycare dogs are her family while in her home. Her teaching styles are amazing.. when one method wasn't working for our puppy, she was able to transition over to a different method. I would definitely recommend and refer Tonya if you would like to see quick results. Our main concern for our puppy is him pulling his leash during walks and Tonya was able to help our puppy with that before the end of our session. By the end of the session, we could already see a big difference. We still have to keep it up with him and constantly train with him, but my husband and I were already able to see a huge difference. We're very happy with the progress our puppy has made by the end of our session. I am definitely going to be signing up for another session for our puppy.
