I appreciated their transparency and taking the time to take us through the yard and kennel where the dogs spend some of their time. There was lots of shade and interesting niches for our dogs to explore. Alicia and Jeremy talked about the temperaments of the other dogs staying with ours. They seem to have it figured out as far as ensuring that all the dogs are on the same level so that there's no aggression. She reviewed our dogs' shot records. All of this really helped me get comfortable that our dogs were in good hands. We picked up our dogs after their stay without any hitch. If I may provide some constructive feedback it would be just that the place needs more $$$ investment and declutter, but they seem to be making improvements.
