Do not take your pet here. Way overpriced and the staff does not treat you very well. They are just borderline rude.

Had my dogs teeth cleaned and was quoted one price but when picked up they added over $100 extra charged for blood work and ekg that I was nEver told about . And I asked the girl specifically if there's any additional charges other than the teeth cleaning and she said no .i spoke with the manager and tried to get them to have the girl come back in that told me that, but they said she was busy with a patient and couldn't .so really good rip off Clinic and not trust worthy. I can't say enough about the great care we have gotten on our many dogs and now one of our foster dogs who had a bad spay experience at a Nashville vet clinic. She had an internal tear that wasn't fixed correctly during the spay and she was closed up. the vet clinic called and said everything went wonderful and she was ready to go all was great. When in fact it was not and she started bleeding internally on the trip home from the vets office. I called the Nashville vet office and told them what was happening they told me to rush her to an emergency clinic ASAP and thank God Dr. Claire was available at Crocker Animal hospital w/ Dr. Hannah. ER surgery on her till 830 9 o'clock at night to save her. Vet spent the night there to make sure she was OK in ICU she stayed there for three days. Can't say thank you enough for saving her life. read more

Terrible Vet for emergency! Even Long waits on appointments ! Had a appointment at 10:30 didn't get called for my visit till 12:30 and employees are not friendly at all .. Called on a Friday morning to schedule a PPE exam on a horse. The receptionist stated that the doctor would call me back because he schedules his own appointments. Didn't hear back from him so Saturday I checked back in, they stated they would leave another message and he would get back to me. By Tuesday I was kind of wondering what was going on and wanting to move forward in the process so I called back. Receptionist seemed a bit annoyed like I was putting her out. I let her know that I was looking forward to hearing back from the doctor so we could get this scheduled. By Tuesday evening I got a text not a phone call from the doctor basically stating they do not do pre-purchasing exams because their equipment is really old. Not sure why the receptionist couldn't tell me this from day one and I had to wait this many days to find out. Was not a good experience and poor customer service. read more

We had a family member with a 6 year old Pitbull. They drove frome Colorado to here. The puppy was not feeling good, not eating and shaking. We tried to call to make an appt. On Saturday Morning. They had no availability til Tuesday. The puppies mom then got scared when the puppy started shaking more. She drove to the the hospital due to the emergency and they said "They told the lady (My Wife) that they had no openings unless it was an emergency and told them to go elsewhere. Upset she left and drove to Nashville and they said they couldn't do what was needed there to then go to Franklin Tennessee and when she arrived they were sweet and kind unlike Crocker was. They then had to give the puppy medicine and keep her for 3 nights for a blood transfusion and observation. They said if she had waited much longer the puppy would of died due to the toxicity of her blood and her blood count being 14 when it is supposed to be closer to 30. It's so sad to see that the Hospital here in Franklin is useless. The puppy almost died due to there rudeness and negligence. I wouldn't take any animal there or even think of visiting due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. A 12 year old boy (Our Son) almost lost his best friend due to this place. To start off I went to this animal hospital from all the good reviews I have seen on yelp and the hip pages in my city. I got two rescue cats one had issues with diarrhea and the other was sneezing. I first brought the sneezing one. It took 2 hours to be seen and she put my cat on lysine cause she said he had HPV. When I brought the other one with diarrhea to the vet he got tested for parasites it came back negative and the vet said we would put them on a probiotic but didn't know how to give it to cats since she doesn't own any cats. That was the first red flag since a cat is not an unusual animal to own and I figured she would be taught in school how to do all this. So a week had passed and my cat was still having diarrhea problems so I thought it could be a food issue so i called them and they said the doctor would call me. She did call later that day but I had missed it and called back immediately and she was busy. But that was my fault for not being available. So I called the next day and the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone and insisted I had to bring the cat back in. I told her rudely back that I understand but didnt want to spend hundreds of dollars if its a food issue and I would like to talk to the vet. The receptionist said alright. And a month has gone by and I am still waiting on the call. I then went to orchard park animal hospital in White House and it ended up being 2 parasites. Also he said the other cat didn't have HPV and to stop the lysine. I don't judge a doctor or vet based on their receptionists. I judge them on how they are. But she couldn't figure out my cat had 2 parasites and it was negative for her. But positive instantly for the doctors at orchard park. So she clearly has no idea what she is doing. Will never return. Cheaper is not always better remember that. read more

The best animal hospital I have been to. The staff is overwhelmingly gracious. They personally filled out mail-in rebates for me, they handled my dog with great care, great at explaining possible future conditions and health of my dog, The nurse even took the time and waited awhile with no complaint as I took forever deciding on certain medications to purchase.
