Family crocs & charms!!!!! Blanca made our shopping experience delightful! She helped us find the perfect Crocs for my kids, who absolutely love them. The shoes are comfortable, colorful, and perfect for our vacations! Thank you, Blanca, for making my kids' day!

My feet were killing me from all the walking we had been doing. So seeing a crocs was not only a major relief, but I've also never seen a crocs store in real life either, so of course had to stop in. I went in looking for a pair of platform crocs or camo crocs (which they had both of in store). However, after browsing for a while ultimately, ended up going in a different direction and snagging a pair of platform sandal crocs instead. Since they were having a buy 1 get one 50% off sale on everything in store, my bf snagged a pair of croc sneakers that he said were super comfy. Also purchased some croc shoe charms since they were buy 3 get 1 free. We both left the store in our new crocs (my feet thanked me). People hate on crocs, but they are so comfortable it feels like walking on air or clouds. Overall, the store was great. A little crowded, but not too surprised as the mall area was crowded. Employees were super helpful, especially Leo. He greeted us and even suggested a pair of crocs to me. He was very personable too. The cashier was also super helpful by cutting the tags on our shoes so we could wear them out the store.

    Not your grandpa's crocs!

The store was clean and was appropriately staffed. They had some good sales going on too.

My trip to SoBe Unique was at it's Espanola Way address. It will be moving to the Washington Street…read morelocation on September 1, 2008. I walked into this little, crowded shop after stumbling onto the quaint oasis of Espanola Way located right in the middle of the craziness South Beach. More of that in a different review. The floor here was strewn with shoeboxes that were simply and sloppily stacked in the middle of the store. I maneuvered around them and found some cute, unique, and comfortable looking shoes. As I spoke with the two friendly gentlemen at the store, I became more comfortable. They told me about how and where the shoes were hand made. Luckily they had my size in the cutest, most comfortable shoes I have bought in years. I asked how much and when the owner said $50 I didn't even blink. Hey, I'm on vacation and I thought the shoes were worth $50. Only to look back later at the picture I had taken of the storefront and the sign that read "Store moving. Everything must go. All shoes $49 or less." So basically this "really nice guy" ripped me off. Bummer! I also found out that everything in South Beach is negotiable. Basically you offer half of what they are asking and then go back and forth until you aren't paying $50 for a pair of shoes. Why couldn't someone have told me this BEFORE I went out shopping!!? Argh. So, I liked the shoe's comfort and style, the owner is pretty cool, just remember to bargain for a good price!

I keep on glancing at the shoes and can't wait to touch them, try them on, and take the whole store home with me. First, if you want to walk in fine, hand-made shoes that feel like you're walking on clouds, then you're in the right place. I'm all about comfort but could never find gorgeous shoes for both work and beach life in Miami. If you don't believe me TRY A PAIR. I especially like the ones with straps that you tie around your ankles. My boyfriend goes crazy when I wear those. He says "honey, I want you to buy ALL your shoes from where ever you got those." The first time I was there, I bought 5 pairs. They range between $29-$79. But they last forever. Juan also told me that if I bring a fabric or a dress and want to have matching shoes, they'll make them for me. Their website www.sobeunique.com doesn't do the variety of shoes justice.

I've been coming here since the days when Howard Austin Feld had his shop here, when you could still park on the street and the crowd felt more local than curated. Back then, it was quirky galleries, mom-and-pop shops, and artists setting up easels by the fountains. History matters here. Originally designed in the 1910s by Carl Fisher (the same guy who basically invented Miami Beach), it was later reimagined in the 1950s by Morris Lapidus, the legendary architect behind the Fontainebleau. He turned Lincoln Road into a pedestrian mall--a radical idea at the time--that gave Miami Beach its own open-air Broadway. For decades, it was where retirees fed pigeons, musicians played for tips, and snowbirds people-watched under the palms. Today? It's glossier. Trendy flagship stores, outdoor cafés charging $9 for a latte, and enough selfie sticks to arm a small militia. The pigeons have been replaced by pickup artists--guys working the crowd like it's spring break year-round, angling for phone numbers from beautiful women in sundresses. Depending on your vibe, it's either comedy gold or background noise. But here's the truth: Lincoln Road is still Lincoln Road. The fountains still splash, the architecture still hums with mid-century glamour, and the people-watching is world-class. From models strutting past with shopping bags to a family of tourists melting under the Miami sun, this strip remains Miami Beach's beating heart.

Lincoln Road Mall is a must stop when you're either visiting Miami Beach, visiting from out of town…read moreor just to have a nice night out. There's a lot of potential to be an even greater destination spot and lots of events and activities. Live music is often played on the weekends. Excellent variety and options for food and desserts along with shops and stores and even art galleries! Most parts of Lincoln Mall are clean and almost every restaurant will offer outdoor seating while providing great service. Great destination with easy parking around and overall spot for dining, shopping and leisure and perfect to relax and people watch. Great mix of high end stores and regular boutique stores to cater to every person.
