I was shopping in this store a few hours ago. When i was ready to check out i go to the registers and the blonde hair girl sees me standing waiting to pay as she stands there and talks to her coworkers about her new birth control and how she doesn't want babies. It's not the conversation they were having that is unprofessional it's the way they let you stand there waiting until they want to stop talking and check you out. read more

I got the best deal on the most comfortable shoes in a while and I am hard to fit. On top of that the salesperson who acted in a fashion that made me feel that he was the manager and cared about his customer service. From the time we came in, not sure what I wanted gave me a deal for three pairs and that made me very happy. This is certainly the place to go. Thanks read more

I went there specifically for larger pairs of Crocs. The store did not have the colors I wanted in stock, however, Bridget, an EXTREMELY knowledgeable sales person ordered them on-line for me! More retail personnel should be like Bridget! She knows her stock AND the product like nobody's business! It's truly rare to find someone like Bridget as opposed to a lot of young kids who don't bother or care to learn their products and are only there for a paycheck. Very refreshing to find someone who DOES care!!! read more

Really helpful staff! Had an issue with size on first day and manager assisted with getting the sizes. Unfortunately the sizing is a bit different than regular shoes depending on the persons feet and it is better for them to be there to try on. I wound up returning the next day with 3 of the 5 I purchased and exchanged with the same manager who was even more helpful and picked out the exact sizes for me to make the transaction quicker!! This made the experience even more pleasant outside of the line outside due to the pandemic rules. I went on a weekday(there were no lines) and returned on a weekend(long line). Either way the service there is impeccable. Wish it were like that at EVERY store! read more

If there is a time limit, then include that in your store policy and make it known to customers. There were other customers in there just as long as we were, so I am curious to know why we were targeted. We left and did not purchase anything - someone needs to retrain their staff/management on customer service. This company doesn't seem to care about negative reviews, as many others seem to have had a similar experience here.

They also have a little coffee area too but I had already gotten coffee earlier so I didn't order any. Although everything was super cute, it was also a bit pricey so I unfortunately only bought some lotion which was really moisturizing and smelled AMAZING. Something I really liked is that you could sample most of the lotions and sprays so although I didn't buy them, I could at least try them out. If you go through the back exit, you enter the farm portion with a little pumpkin patch, donkeys, and sheep! There were a few places for "photo ops" too. If you walk further there's actually a little garden/flower field which was really nice to walk around and take pictures. You couldn't pick any flowers at this time but maybe we could've earlier in the season in the summer. This was a cute little farm that I would come back to for another season to see how they change it up. Although some of the items were pricier I would come back to get something as a gift. I think there's a lot of nice stuff to give for a housewarming and it's good quality too.

I was told that it depended on how bad the scratches were but the services would range from $25 to $70 The next day I visited Ski Barn and was told the scratches would need P-Tex and would be $75 to fill. It was annoying that it was more than I was told, but I was fine with this si ce I know I snowboarded on an area that was rocky last season. I picked my snowboard up a couple weeks later. It still had scratches. It was not worth their recommended service for the employees to not fill in the scratches. Would not recommend going to this Ski Barn.

As a senior, Paul intimidated me, I kept the 2nd table, afraid the 3rd table's condition would be worse. The table is not hardwood. It is easily nicked. The table is rarely used and is covered with a tablecloth all time. Over-priced, poor craftsmanship and quality control and poor business attitude. I asked Royce, sales, how to clean the table and didn't know the answer. A waste of money. Would definitely not recommend this store.

My hose was unnecessarily removed from the spigot during the job without asking, causing damage to the connector that had to be replaced. Scheduling was also poorly handled--I called in April and was told planting after Mother's Day would be fine, but the work was delayed and not completed until almost summer. Overall, due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, property handling issues, delays, and high pricing, I would strongly not recommend this company. Your response is inaccurate (dishonest) and extremely defensive for someone who claims she didn't do anything wrong. You can make up whatever you want Stacey your company is still not worth doing business with.
