I had received a quote from company a few months back but the emails don't come from company they come from employee so unless you remember employee name finding their email a month later is impossible! For starters the pricing for this place is good not great. As far as the quality of the product, it is also good not great. Now this is why I am giving this place 2 stars. The blonde woman who works in the front desk is rude and I don't think she is self aware of it. explained to her this was our first time working with glass and she wasn't very helpful in helping us understand what we were buying. She hurried us in our order when we were trying to understand product first. Secondly they never called us that our order was ready when they said they would. Thirdly my father who is 60 years old went to pick up the glass we ordered and when he asked the workers if they would help him load the truck they responded with "do you have money?" Tipping someone to help is not an issue but when you ask for money to help an elderly man that makes me question these employees morals. We were recommended this place to get a glass coffee top. It's a wholesale place and the person who suggested it had an account with them and placed the order for us and picked it up. When I came to get it we realized that the shape was rectangular vs oval and it was way too big so I took it back to see if it could be recut. The staff worked with us eagerly and even though it wasn't their mistake, they did offer us a new glass top at the same wholesale discounted rate. It looks really good and is a much better fit. Money is tight right now! I called 10 places for quotes on my smashed windsheild. Just when I was about to give up and spend 299$ on a window, I decided to call Crone. Im so glad I did, because i saved over 100$!! I brought my car in at 9 and was good to go to work by 10:15. Alan was nice and even santized my car and my debit card and everything that was touched. Wow... doing business with them was a surreal experience... And in no way do I mean this in a good way. I hate giving 1 star in my reviews, but this guy, Richard, really deserves it. We went to go and buy a mirror from them and up to the time of purchase, the service was good, then it all went downhill from there. We were told that we would get a call from them on when they would deliver the mirror. Hours ticks by and no call. Finally, when it's about their closing time, we decide that enough's enough and I give them a call. I'm told that the delivery guys had to go home early and that they weren't going to deliver that day, rather they will bring it in the next day in the morning. Gee.. thanks for the update guys. Well, since we can't do anything about it, we wait for it to be delivered the next day. We get our mirror on time and the guy who brought it over is friendly and helpful. We had a $200 deposit for borrowing their suction cups. Now, I'm told that we will be charged $10 per day for 2 days including the day before when they didn't bring it. I ask why we are being charged for the day when they didn't bring it when they should have (or at least notified us promptly that they won't be bringing it instead of waiting until the last moment til I called.) I end up talking with this Richard guy and this guy EXPLODES! He yells, and let me see if I can recall this word for word, "I will give you back your $200! But never, ever, EVARR!! do your business with me again!" Then he hangs up the phone. Sorry, but I laughed a bit when it happened. I couldn't believe what just happened there. We weren't even arguing before he snapped. Then here's the kicker, he calls his delivery guy and tells him to only give me back $180. Seriously, can't you make up your mind as to what you should charge me? Well, there's my story. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe it was a one time incident (which I kinda doubt). Regardless, I don't know where or whom he learned his business from, but you never treat your customers that way. Don't worry buddy. After looking for a decent priced glass replacement location on Yelp I came across this business. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the woman who worked in the office I wish I remembered her name but she was super sweet and friendly. I came to replace a garage door glass that had been broken by a soccer ball and they were able to help me out in no time. As long as the Glass isn't tempered glass they can cut it same day I was out in about 10 minutes. The best part about coming here was it only set me back about $6. This place is awesome because not only do they sell to Glass professionals they sell to the General Public. I will definitely come back if I ever am in the need of glass replacement. read more

I waited a few days before reviewing this place. I wanted to make sure everything was working after they replaced the windshield on my 2015 Honda Accord. Alan was the best. As soon as I drove up he came up to me and introduced himself. He pointed out a waiting area but I was hungry so I walk up the block to Mc Donald's. My car got broken into a few days ago, and I needed the front driver's side window fixed ASAP since it was raining that day. I called around for quotes and was given Alan's number. He was super friendly on the phone and quoted me at $200, which was a good $50-60 cheaper than the other quotes I was getting. My car is brand new and the glass was custom, but he was able to order it and install it the same day. The installation itself only took about 45 mins - 1 hr, but because of the rain (water kept dripping down onto the master console), the master console was soaked and the window wouldn't roll up or down. Alan took time out of his busy schedule and went out of his way to help me. He made multiple calls to see what he could do to make the console work again. After a few eventful (and stressful) hours, the console suddenly worked again! I guess it had to dry out completely. The window works perfectly now; although I can hear a louder squeak than usual when it rolls up or down, l'm sure once the water dries out altogether, everything will be good. I highly recommend this place for all your glass needs, as they don't just do windows for cars. Thanks Alan and Miguel, and I will be back for sure if I need any windows fixed again! read more

I cannot express how professional these people are. I had the back glass broken out of my shell. I made a pattern, brought a piece of the broken glass with me and dropped both off with my name a phone #. The very nice lady explained that because the glass was tempered, it would be 2 or 3 days before the glass came back from tempering. I got a call the next day and my glass was finished. It was perfect. It was inexpensive, and people at Crone glass are the easiest to deal with ever. I went on a Monday and they were crazy busy, still , not even 5 minutes and I was on my way, same when I picked up the glass. Really Neman- Marcus service at Walmart prices. read more
