We tried this place for the first time last weekend. I really enjoyed my ice cream, which was called something like "special breakfast", a bourbon flavored ice cream with caramel and corn flakes. It was delicious. However, I didn't see another flavor that I would have wanted. And the one-scoop portion is really small, which makes this place pretty expensive for what you get. My husband got honeydew flavor and he liked it, but said it was not that great. So, we might go back, depending on what flavors they happen to have.

Ice cream was delicious! They have unique flavors that I really enjoyed. I recommend giving this a try!

We've been to this location a handful of times now and are always so pleased! Today, there was quite the crowd right after lunch but the employee, Dylan, was a boss! He was sweet toward all the customers and got the line moving pretty quick. Today, we got a scoop of the Vietnamese coffee. It was perfect! I highly recommend this location!!! Will definitely be coming back!

My son usually goes to this place with his friends and begged me to take him and his sister there for dessert after eating at Luna kitchen after hyping it up during dinner. They definitely lived up to the hype in my opinion. Service was great, the girl that was working let us try a few different flavors because they were all made in different types of ice cream that were made in house and not your traditional flavors. The vibe in there reminded me of a place that would be in downtown there was hand written signs inside and outside w the flavors of the day. Lots of space to sit and eat outside.

The service is fast. You can sample the ice cream selections. I got the secret smores sundae with secret breakfast ice cream. It was delicious. My favorite part was the toasted marshmallow on top.

Stopped by the Pruneyard location of Humphry Slocombe and ordered a combo that felt like dessert for grown-ups: Secret Breakfast paired with Toasted Marshmallow Fluff and Honey Graham with Toasted Marshmallow Fluff as well! The Secret Breakfast flavor was rich and boozy in the best way. The bourbon came through but didn't overpower, and the cornflake crunch added a great texture contrast. Definitely not your average scoop. But the surprise favorite? Honey Graham with marshmallow fluff. The ice cream had a warm, graham cracker sweetness that paired perfectly with the sticky, cloud-like fluff on top. It was like a deconstructed s'more in scoop form -- cozy, nostalgic, and super satisfying. Only reason for 4 stars is the portion felt a bit small for the price, and the fluff got a little too sticky after a while -- but honestly, the creativity and bold flavors made up for it. Definitely a spot to hit if you're in the mood for something playful, nostalgic, and just a little extra.

NGL. Humphry Slocombe is one of my favorite ice cream spots. I used to beg my friends/family to trek all the way down to the Ferry Building in SF just get the sweet, sweet taste of their Secret Breakfast. I'm not ashamed to say that I am more than a little obsessed. Imagine my elation to the discovery of them opening up a shop in the Pruneyard. Only 4 minutes drive away from my apartment. ::Sigh:: Destiny? I like to think of it at such. I recently got a double scoop there. One was my trusty Secret Breakfast and the other was Yellow Brick Road. It was late and the worker was incredibly sweet. The friend that I had in tow was shocked at the flavors. How does one pick only one flavor when these are so unique. After taking her time to sample a few, she finally made a decision. Admittedly, I have no idea what her decision was because I was too busy looking at the prepped pints in the cozy shop's freezer. Needless to say, it's a go-to for me when I'm wanting some "skeems."

stopped by here for a post lunch treat today and stumbled upon the in your dreams collab, that I was watching last night on Netflix! Got to sample baloney Tony's ultimate breakfast and it was so good!!! Bc it reminds me of similar flavor profiles to one of my all time fave ice creams, Turkey from salt n straw!! Will be sure to come try the other collab flavors from in your dreams, the nightmara which is blueberry flavored I believe!!

Always the coolest flavors! I love that it changes often and there's something new every time. It's always a nice treat whether it's in the summer or winter. Staff is super nice even when you ask to sample half their flavors! Their Vietnamese coffee is one of my faves. Would definitely recommend.

Uniqueness: Toasted Marshmallow is a must for any ice cream sundae here! Wait Time: [x][x][x][x][x] Food Quality: [x][x][x][x][ ] Service: [x][x][x][x][x] Setting: [x][x][x][x][x] Cost: [x][x][x][x][ ] Recommendation: If you have a sweet tooth (literally), the Sandman Sundae is a must. Sugar overload on this one! I totally did not know there was a Humphrey Slocombe in the Campbell area until I was in the Pruneyard and realized they replaced the previous ice cream parlor that used to be next to Marafuku Ramen. It's a small shop but large on their many flavors as Humphry Slocombe is known for with their many unique flavors. I decided to try the Sandman Sundae, which is a mix of their Baloney Tony's Ultimate Breakfast (that actually has pieces of pork baloney!) and Nightmare World, which is a blueberry based flavor, that's topped with their signature toasted marshmallow and some crumble. Ooooo wee was this an EXTREMELY sweet candy so not something you should be getting every day or even week but if you try it, you'll definitely love it. Other than that, staff was friendly and the cost per ice cream is slightly higher than your typical ice cream parlor but it comes with the higher quality so that evens it out. The Pruneyard has received a great ice cream store for people to enjoy after a dinner or date night that will satisfy any sweet tooth. From always getting some whenever I was in the Embarcadero Building in SF, it was great to finally see one closer to the South Bay for once!

This ice cream shop has a variety of flavors. I believe I got the passionfruit ice cream and a berry swirl flavored ice cream with Coogan Amman pastry swirled in with it. Ice cream was very creamy put in my opinion a little bit more on the price here side for the scoop or a pint of ice cream. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the two things that I liked or that they highlighted a small business to go with their ice cream And they offer you a cold ice pack to keep your ice cream cold during travel.

    Laura C.

I love this ice cream place because they have a lot of interesting and unique flavors. I got the matcha cookies and cream and it's the best ever. I highly recommend it! Service is super quick and ambiance is as expected of an ice cream parlor there's a counter to lean on inside but I recommend eating it outside as there's lots of seating.

    Lety G.

I am typically a Salt & Straw girlie but I was in the Pruneyard and the craving for ice cream hit because of how hot it was. Decided to try Humphrey Slocombe and now this spot will get added into my ice cream rotation. They give you samples which is always nice and they have seasonal flavors and shakes! I tried the Secret Breakfast and my life changed forever. It's caramel ice cream with cornflakes in it but the flakes are super crunchy and it literally tastes like a bowl of Frosted Flakes but as ice cream. I got a single scoop and it was the perfect amount! I'll definitely be back to try more flavors and good to know that this is a solid choice for when the ice cream craving hits!

There's a number of tables outside for you to enjoy your ice cream. We got the Dole whip and black raspberry. The Dole whip tastes like the real thing! Really refreshing and enriched with pineapple flavor, super airy, light, and easy to go down. And the height of the swirl is perfect. The black raspberry is tangy, making the ice cream less sweet than usual, which I enjoyed. It was creamy and rich, good contrast to the airiness of the Dole whip. Will 100% be back!

Then when it came time to get "tastes", the woman helping us wasn't friendly so we only got one taste and rushed to make a decision. After ordering an ice cream shake, we waited for such a long time that we watched at least 5 groups of customers order, pay and leave. When our staffer returned with our shake, we understood why she took so long: she over-blended the ice cream! I don't know if she was distracted or this is the usual way Campbell Creamery blends their shakes?!! All the flavors of the ice cream became completely cremated that it tasted thinned and watered down, even though I don't think any water was added to it. We could have tasted the same thing if we ordered 3 scoops and let them melt... that's what it tasted like. Sigh. It was expensive thin watery shake. Suggestion to the owner/manager: - Train the employees to not over-blend shakes because that diminishes the quality and flavor of the shake. - Also remind them to keep up their attitude, even when the store is busy because they represent the brand. It does make a difference!

This place puts cocoa butter at the minimum, I wasn't able to figure out if there were any emulsifiers like lecithin. All I saw were some glitzy decorated truffles that did not match what I was looking for obviously. Could not recommend this place at all to other Yelpers -- there are so many better fair-trade craft chocolate places in the Bay Area.

Our group ended up sitting outside since a lot of the larger tables indoors were occupied by only one or two people. You can grab your own chairs by the bathroom if you have a big group. I liked that menu was extensive. Besides shaved ice, they also had boba, tea, ice cream, and taiyaki. We waited maybe around 10 minutes for our order.
