Each of the ice creams is ~$13 but they are pretty large. They have a summer special right now too, a build your own boba for $2 which is a great deal. Not sure if they rotate the toppings & tea options, but they had jelly toppings (no tapioca), and majority milk tea options. While the process was definitely fun to watch, I'm not sure the ice cream itself justifies the $13 price tag. Ordering is done at a kiosk where you can customize your ice cream by selecting a flavor and adding (free) toppings. Make sure to edit your item to include those toppings which are tucked away at the bottom. We opted for the cheesecake/flan ice cream and topped it with almonds, strawberries, lychee jelly, banana, and colorful mochi. Among the toppings, the mochi was a standout for its vibrant look and chewy texture, and the almonds added a nice balance to the sweetness of the ice cream. As for the ice cream itself, while rolling the ice cream is supposed to make the ice cream creamier and densor, I couldn't tell if the rolling process made a dramatic difference in texture or flavor. It was very cold from being made fresh, and it also was not overly sweet, but as we got to the bottom of the cup, it became a little too sweet and the rolls started to merge together. The portion for the ice cream is sizeable: we shared one cup among three people and were glad we didn't get a second. That said, I don't think I'd personally spend $13 on a cup again, but it was a novel experience watching the staff make it. Some thing to note is that there is no indoor seating, so you'll need to grab one of the outdoor tables and chairs if you plan to stay. There are several automatic dispensers providing a broad range of all sorts of toppings. My friend was so stupid that he filled his entire cup with strawberry jelly... at the end you are given the only option of green tea to choose from, and making your drink into.a milk tea you must ask the employee to fill your cup with one scoop of custard. Overall, not bad at all! I chose the matcha boba which kind of disappointed me. The only kinds of toppings provided are all low maintenance refillable and have a long shelf life. I was hoping that the matcha boba would have been like the green boba that tastes serves, but i took one for the team. The only thing that i don't like is how the inside of Icicles is no cafe to hang out and chill with your friends as the inside has no open tables or chairs while waiting for you order. Now that the boba machines have been introduced, it just creates a wall like the great one you can see in china.. but this one not so great. If you haven't watched ,"All of Us are Dead" where in order to keep the zombies away a furniture barricade is made.snd this reminded me of just that.
