Came here yesterday to get the latch on my silver chain fixed. I walk in there, expecting to just drop the chain off and pay some money for the repair job, but the guy working behind the counter (who I think also co-owns the place???) took my chain to the back for literally 30 seconds and then came back with it good as new and told me it was free of charge. He even gave me an old-fashioned handshake at the end like we were longtime friends. Made me feel like a special man walking out of that place.
