We gave Mike a deposit to cover 2 small tasks for the roof. He completed one, couldn't do the other. KEPT THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT! After accepting our deposit, but before figuring out he had mis-estimated the job and his ability, he had one excuse after another for coming very late, not showing up at all, and bringing his girl friend and toddler to "help."

These excuses lead to delays and possible future issues and costs with structural exposure caused by partial siding removal going into winter.
