Really??? So you find it odd that a customer would replace the cheap pot and place the plant in a nicer one and just hold onto the garbage pot it came in. He was not going to let it go, so I said" fine, but ll be documenting this lack of customer service online. At that point, he said I could exchange it. I went to look and got some other kind of plant. The cashier then said to said manager " shouldn't she have to get the same kind of plant? " I was totally taken aback by the rudeness of the employees there. He ultimately allowed me to get the plant I selected. It will be a long time if ever , before I them give them any business.

This business is a little higher priced than another local nursery we frequent, but they literally have any plant you can want or need. I have had to stop here every year for the plants I couldn't find at other places. They also have a huge display outside of their fountains, statues and other landscaping needs. Yes, sometimes things could be very busy or take longer time than expected to figure out any issues but in general I prefer to go to this Home Depot than any other one in Rochester. My favorite staff there are Fatma, Albert and Josh (from appliances). Too bad Josh left Home Depot, he was the one who figured anything and everything out in the computer system when it comes to sales, exchange, refunds and returns, in general. I'm sure his replacement is also great but I haven't experienced that, yet. I'll keep shopping here. If you know that you need an assistance from a staff member then make sure to go during the week M-F between 8am to 5pm to be able to get their best help. Yes they open from 6am but not all staff are there at 6am.
