They give you a decent window of time in the AM and PM to drop off and pick up your pup so it's convenient for everyone. He was a little nervous on his first day but quickly warmed up to his trainer, Dakota. At the end of each week, you go in and are given a lesson going over what your dog has learned. Sit, lay, heel and place are just a few of the commands he learned. Our walks are MUCH calmer and we work on what he learned often. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and all in all I think it was worth the time and $ spent. They also have other programs depending what you're looking for.

Because Tizzy was six months old and we had a time crunch for completing her training, we opted for the private "in-home and public spaces plan. After meeting Tizzy, AND US, Destiny agreed that was what Tizzy needed. Destiny took charge and quickly showed us how to get Tizzy's attention, reward, and NOT reward her behavior. She did the same with us, too, because only one of us is almost a disciplinarian. After each class, Destiny sent us a reminder of what was covered and expected in the next class. Tizzy successfully graduated by passing all her classes.
