Yep... all the reviews are true. This establishment is very dated, unsanitary, and can use a big cleanup. The waiting room is tight and snug, sitting only 9 people. The entrance is locked and I witnessed the receptionist asking other patients nearby to constantly open the door, vs unlocking it herself, which I saw her do afterwards (there's a buzzer that she has access from her receptionist desk). Means she had access the whole time, but didn't hesitate to have this poor lady stand up every ten minutes each time someone new walked in. I witnessed this for two hours. My appointment was at 2:15... I arrived at 1:20, but wasn't seen by the doctor until 4:30. I understand offices can get busy, but it was quite a wait for a "lunch break." I witnessed several other patients that were already waiting before me walk out and telling the receptionist that they didn't have the luxury of time. So they would have to come back a different time. It's unfortunate that the appointment system isn't reliable- it appears that they commonly overbook. Meanwhile, they were accepting walkins as well, so that backed up the queue of people. I highly recommend bringing a battery pack and something to keep yourself occupied for at least three hours.... Once you are called in from the first waiting area, the tech checks your blood pressure and weighs you, and then you wait another hour or so until you go into an exam room. When I was sitting in the room after an hour, someone knocked on the door (turned out to be the tech that brought me there initially) and she reacted with surprise, giving me the impression that she forgot I was there. I also noticed that they leave the monitors exposed with patient information out in the open... makes me a little uncomfortable because you'll never know if the wrong person can get access to it. I witnessed every worker, including the physicians and techs that draw your blood, use the same pair of gloves after each client. The urine and blood samples are kept right next to each other... the room where they draw your blood in is crowded and you can't rest your arm properly. So the tech had me raise my arm up while she was drawing blood. Not so great because what if I accidentally moved my arm or whatever the case may be. Fast forward to my 2nd appointment that Dr. Mythily had me make to solely pick up my results... she said they couldn't email or provide anything virtually to me so I had to come in. I addressed my concerns that I didn't want to wait another 3 hours just for results. She couldn't promise anything, which I get, but my fingers were crossed and I made an appointment at opening hours. I got a notification the night before that my appointment was delayed half an hour. I still showed up early for safe measure and luckily I got to speak with her in a reasonable amount of time. She then told me that the lab didn't do the tests I needed and continued with a defense of it not being her fault and the lab may potentially "throw it away." She proceeded with saying that now, they can email me once results are in. Interesting... ... ... wherever that fault may be, this process was a waste of time! I don't want to make a wrong judgement. So I am going to type up what happened during my visit here. The star I gave was only representing my feeling about the visit. I accompanied my friend who has mental illness for a follow up. The appointment was at 1:15. We arrived around 1:10 and we were told to go in by the receptionist. Before we enter the hallway of the exam rooms, the receptionist asked us if it is ok to be seen by a physician assistant. We thought a PA can be a good as a doctor from previous experience from other clinic, so we accepted. We waited until 1:45 and a girl in MA suite took the vital sign of my friend, and kept us waited until 2:15. At 2:15, a nurse came by and asked us if my friend took his vital yet. We said yes, but she ignored our answer and repeated question for couple times. Finally, my friend got to meet the PA around 2:30. She tried to look into my friend's chart from the Electronic Medical Record. Although she messed up the first and last name of my friend, the software still managed to locate my friend's chart twice, but she missed it and told us that she need to find someone to help her with the system. I turned out helped her to locate my friend's chart. We told the PA on a finding from a recent blood report, she responded "I need to contact the doctor and see what she wants to do." We then told her the purpose of this visit is to follow up with my friend's diabetes and continuation of a new medication dr. Prescribed in previous visit, which is not covered by my friend's insurance. She then told us that she will ask one of the nurse to take a finger sticks to determine what to do. The nurse who asked us about the vital sign came in the exam room with a glucometer. She spent about 5-10 mind to figure out how to use that machine and kept on telling us this is her first time using the machine. I did not see her throw the needle away to the BD Sharp Collector, indeed dropped another new one on the desk from the box. I hope she did not use a used one for my friend. I offered guidance owns she ignore me just like what she did with the vital. It took her about 15 mins to complete the finger sticks and she turned out forgot to record the rate. Good that she managed to retrieve the record of my friend's blood sugar level. She then escorted my friend to an exam room for a blood test. After the finger stick and blood drawing, we thought the PA has a decision what to do with my friend's diabetes. Is she going to continue the meds? Or if she has any good advise for my friend. Well, she told us "what is the blood sugar level again?", We told her the level rated, she responded "okay, I am going to call the dr. and see what she is going to do." I finished here with my review. It is 3:26pm. And we are still waiting for the doctor to call back and the PA to release us. Hopefully we will be release soon, and with an accurate and good medical advise. Where is the doctor, btw? Why can't the PA has some judgement on her own? It's like a jail here. It is 3:29 now. I need a referral to see a Dermatologist on May 10. I've called a few times to have it faxed over since Friday-May 5, Monday-May 8, Tuesday-May 9, and even the same day, and nothing was sent. I was not trying to be annoying however this was unfair. The office located on Braddock Ave was provided with the phone number, my portal to have it uploaded, and a fax number provided. The Dermatologist's Office never received my Referral. This was very frustrating, unfair, and unethical. read more

Wow, how much this place has changed. Almost all of the assistants and front desk staff are new. The friendly welcoming face of the old receptionist Louisa was no where in sight. When I inquired about her I was told she no longer worked there, I was saddened. Upon entering I immediately noticed that service has definitely gone down in quality. The girl at the front desk is rude and condescending. She is aggressively short when speaking to patients and will ignore you when you enter. Gone are the "Hello Ms_____ how are you? What time is your appointment? Please sign the sign-in sheet" Staff rarely answers the phone and fails to return important calls. The office is not as clean and tidy as in the past. A musky odor is ever present in the air. Nothing against the Dr personally but I noticed that with the expansion of her practice, service has gone from good to needs improvement. I think she now has too many clients and has gotten comfortable. Service is now lackluster and has loss that flare for personalize service. Wait time is now way too long and when you do get seen, its rushed. It's time to find a new PCP, I will no longer be coming here. read more

HORRIBLE place, the staff are not friendly, the wait to see a PA is crazy and literally every month I have to fight with these people on the phone for a refill for my prescription. I've been taking birth control for 2 years now they know me by now, I came in last month for a regular check up, we are now in a new month and my pill has not got sent out so I called and the lady is telling me I haven't had a refill since July (we are in December) and I'm arguing with her telling you I'm looking at my pill now can you just refill my pills and I will look for another doctor. Can't find another doctors office fast enough!! I don't ever want to return to this place.... EVER! So unprofessional. They overcharge you, tell you that services are included in the cost you pay at the time of service and then bill you for the same service in the mail! They never return your calls or complete paperwork they say they will complete. I had an issue with my bill and was told it was going to be taken care of within the week and now two and a half months later they have yet to take care of it. I called to ask for a referral and was told it would be sent over in the morning and now I am at the specialists office and there's no referral here because they were too "busy" to do it when I specifically asked if they would be able to send it over and they said they could. Had an appt for 1pm and an hour later I'm still here not seen by the doctor...this place is extremely unprofessional not worth it I've been here for a while the people that were here before have left there's a lot of new faces and many that don't know what they are doing including the doctors. I have been going to this clinic for about five years now. I absolutely love Dr. Belotte. She is very caring, smart, doesn't give unnecessary medications and always pleasant. I am giving three stars because some of the staff is just horrible. I went for a walk in today and spoke to an employee named Bala. She was really rude and insensitive and was telling me that I should go to ER if it's an emergency because they are not taking walk ins. She really needs to learn some manners on how to talk to a patient. She is very unprofessional and uncaring. I hope she gets thoroughly trained on how to act professionally because her behavior/personality is very degrading. read more

BAD BAD BAD nothing good to say about this office. Rude staff & unprofessional I called for my prescription @ 10 am because my last visit front desk sent it to the wrong drug store. No problem, please call the right place so I can pick up my medicine . They told me they will fix the problem and call cvs so I can pick up my medicine . That was 10 am at 5:30 pm nothing was done . I called 4 times ask them nicely if they can please call cvs I need my medicine for my blood pressure the front staff told me we are overwhelm busy we will call when we have time then hung up..
