The security is excellent and the place is in perfect shape with excellent maintenance. The big deal for me is the security. The fences are well build and in good repair. The front gate is computer controlled and closes behind each and every vehicle. The storage building are ALL in great shape and clean!! They are lit and have outlets in the unit I'm renting. The staff is warm friendly and helpful. The person I've dealt with is knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!!

I rented a 5X15 unit in April of 2025; after adding insurance to the cost of the unit, my total was…read more$90 per month. The unit price was raised every 3 months since and I left the unit when it was raised the second time to almost $170 per month. I only had one accessibility issue on my move in date when the gate would not open, no other issues after. It can be difficult to move through the aisles because they have vehicle/RV storage at the end of them. Good units for short term use but long term would cost too much.

I thought it was reasonably priced at $76 a month. February 2021 and our Catalytic Convertor was stolen while on the lot. We made the property manager aware of the theft. Her reply was "oh I wonder if it's the same people that broke into some of the other trailers back there.". Wait...WHAT?!? They didn't bother to call and tell us about this because "it didn't look like our unit was touched.". we go make a police report and the officer says that they couldn't even get on the lot because they don't have a code. The next month our rent was increased to $87. ok fine if they make security improvements. They did not. They fence around the property is dilapidated and the cameras are only at the front of the complex. February 2023- we left on a long vacation. We returned to find the unit next to us was rented out and they were parked half on our spot so we had a hard time getting our unit parked. We visited the office and informed them of our issue. The new property manager called but weeks later nothing has been done. We had another long trip planned in early May. We get back and find a notice in our mailbox that our storage fee will once again increase. This time it's $101. Now supposedly this is with a military discount. So we found another more secure lot and we moved. We called an hour after we left. They said "remove your card from Autopay and that's it. No other action needs to be made". So tell me why did I just get an email on June 5 saying my invoice was due. Will NOT be dealing with this shady company again.
