I called the following Wednesday to let them know that we wouldn't be using the unit anymore only to find out they had already reissued it and they refused to refund the remaining weeks of the rental fee. I feel this is a very shady business practice. We had paid for a full month of rental and only used it for a week when they rented it to someone else!!?! What if we were planning on using it again? Update: we received a refund two+ weeks after this review was posted.

I called many places and voice mail. Cross Creek actually answered their phone and the lady that answered was awesome. I did not get her name but she explained everything to me. So I knew exactly what size I needed and what to look for. Unfortunately she did not have what I needed available, or I would have defiantly rented from her.
