This place has really tasty kombucha! There's a variety of different flavors and seasonal ones as well. The space is small and has a seating area in the back. I would recommend the 6-pack since you can pick and choice different flavors.

The place is beautifully laid out with trendy furnishings, offering both comfort with an air of quaintness while being both modern and hip. The tables and chairs offer seating for walk-ins and cozy couches offer even greater comfort for folks eager to surf their laptops. The staff is exceptionally doting and one of the two passionate owners is on site, happy to give tours of this healthy probiotic concoction and its entire process. Kombucha has been a trend for a few years but you haven't experienced a taste or smoothness such as this as it comes fresh out of a keg as opposed to a store bought bottle which could be sitting in a refrigerator for weeks and continuing its fermentation process, rendering a rather bitter vinegary taste....but I promise you, you won't get that here! It's light, refreshing and tasty, offering endless healthy benefits...from helping with digestion by promoting growth of healthy gut with flora which keeps a healthy PH level...to helping establishing a clearer mind and detoxifying your liver as well as supplying glucosamine to joints!! You can purchase a fresh little palette of 4 glasses of a mixture of flavors or you can get fresh bottles filled from 16 ounces to keg sizes. The staff is absolutely charming and just so accommodating from offering you healthy samples and willing to answer any questions. They are only open to the public for tap service and tours on Saturdays from 10-4. If you are looking to heal naturally from gastric issues, heartburn/acid reflux or just want a natural way to get probiotics, take a Saturday ride to SONO - you will not only educate yourself on this old ancient remedy but you will be truly surprised! No more synergy for me, I'm going fresh and weekly!

The unique aspect of their kombucha is that it's all flavored with herbs and spices rather than fruits. They also switch things up by varying the type of tea used to brew the kombucha (green, rooibos, etc.) My favorite was the lavender! Also loved the chamomile mint. The smoked jalapeño (a seasonal release) was also incredible. They also have a few hot tea drinks such as matcha lattes and hojicha lattes. It's a family-run business with a lot of charm and some incredibly tasty flavors. I'm hoping they will start distributing their kombucha to restaurants and shops in NYC. Until then I'll be making the trip up to get my fix!

I like tea so I'd give it a try. My wife and I got four different ones and shared. I was surprised at how good some of them were and others were just not my (haha) cup of tea. Ironically those were my wife's favorite. For me the rooibos ginger and the smoke jalapeño and lime were my favorites. The wife loved the star anise and orange zest as well as the chamomile and mint. We bought a four pack and enjoyed talking with the brewer and his mom who were really friendly, engaging and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed this place a lot and will definitely stop by whenever we make it into Poughkeepsie. If you're a kombucha fan and especially if, like me, you have never tried it go here and experience it made in an artisanal style and not some mass produced can you'll find at the supermarket. One other thing I appreciated about this place was that they recommended I try the mead shop down the road. Having never tried that we stopped there next!

The entire biz looks great (front/store, the studio itself, the locker room in back).  It's clean and inviting and you can tell the entire staff cares about the place. I love that the class doesn't face the mirrors for class (the absolute worst) and every few feet there's the 'STUFF' bucket (napkins, tissues, cleaning solution for your mat) which is such a great 'cherry on top' that I never saw in other yoga studios I've been to. Pricing is solid (I was originally lured here through a deal over at Groupon). To date I've bounced between four different classes/levels/instructors.  Each class was unique and challenging and every teacher has been welcoming, supportive and a total pro. The studio is right by a busy intersection - metered parking on the street (I believe an hour max) and a municipal lot behind the studio (metered till 6pm, I think) for more than one hour. Even if I'm officially long in the tooth and nowadays Child's Pose and Shavasana are more my jam instead of Bhairavasana or Eka Hasta Vrksasanav - I'm just glad to have found a cool place to get on the mat and zen out for a spell.  (Will I ever advance up to their 'P3' hot yoga class?  Not even with some help from Ganapati and Hanuman!)

The kombucha-tender(?) was extremely helpful at helping us pick the right choice. My wife and I decided ultimately to get a flight each. Every kombucha we tried was delicious.
