Just be aware of what happens after you buy your car. Company's advertise and do promotions to get customers why not just do the right thing to the customers you have and atleast call back. We needed to purchase another car last month and stayed away from Auto lenders. People don't ask for much just a little common courtesy and communication.

I was told by Chris P at time of sale that I can extend the warranty at additional cost once this warranty ran out and had all info emailed to me so all I needed to do was email him by a certain date and or milage which ever came first. I had emailed Chris twice before my warranty expired and did not hear back. I tried a third attempt and received a un-deliverable notification and reached out to the GM who mentioned he no longer works there and CC'd two individuals to farther assist me. Three days (4 weeks after sending original email and 2 weeks after warranty expired) went by, and my transmission went out and I have not heard from these folks cc'd on the email. I called the dealership and explained my situation and was asked why did I not call to begin with. I mentioned Chris had all my info and warranty packages and all I needed to do was respond to his email. He mentioned well he has not been here for months which was news to me especially since their website under "team" still shows him as a point of contact which I mentioned and was told in response well that needs to be updated. I asked what we can do about my situation and was told "I am S**t out of Luck". I took this back to the GM and received a call from the Sales Manager. At first it seemed he was willing to help and investigate this and asked to receive all email documentation I had sent Chris which I gladly did showing proof I was trying to get in contact. I heard from him a week later saying, "So Far he is not having any luck they cant warranty a vehicle that broke down even with intent to do so before the breakdown". Which to me made it sound like it was still being looked into. Meanwhile my car is in the shop with a transmission rebuild, new torque converter and transmission pump. My mechanic suggested the Tranny fluid seemed thick like syrup and was wondering if I put an addictive in it which I did not, again I only put 5k miles on this vehicle since getting it. I reached back out, three separate times with the third time having a deadline to respond back. I wanted to see if any transmission work was part of the routine maintenance and they finally responded said no which is a shock due to something clearly was off with the tranny at some point. I was also told nothing more can be done as stated in a previous email they wont warranty a vehicle already broken down. The dealership will not do anything regarding this issue at this point and I am proceeding with filing a report with the BBB of New Jersey and sharing my experience with others online. Please beware from buying used vehicles from this dealership. I will ensure this review gets plastered all over social media and anything that houses "Holman Mercedes Van Center of Maple Shade NJ"

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They are professional. Their service department has experienced and qualified mechanics. We LOVE our Metris van. I felt like we got a fair deal on the van. I don't bother taking it anywhere else for service because I trust this place. Even for oil changes. Peace of mind is worth the couple of extra dollars you might spend, I don't feel they overcharge at all anyway. You get what you pay for. They are charitable. This is just another highlight of this company. I saw their employees supporting the food bank at an event and it was a great thing to see! So because of our great experience my husband and I are looking forward to buying our next family car from one of their dealerships. Building relationships with your customers and involving yourself in the community, imagine that! Makes me want to buy from them, it should make you also want to. PS-I don't work there neither do I personally know anyone there. This is just my EXCELLENT experience with them.

I called and the woman who answered was incredibly friendly and helpful, took all my info, got me scheduled quickly and grabbed the owner, Matt, so I could further explain what was going on. Dropping the car off was a breeze and within a few hours Matt called with a diagnosis. I really appreciated the time he took in figuring out what was going on, driving the car to feel what we were experiencing and running diagnostics. The repair was not a huge one and Matt gave me clear pricing before ordering the part. He communicated that there was a delay in the part getting delivered, which was fine, and the car was ready early the next day as he said. This shop is a gem, clear communication, knoweldgeable, honest and not pushy. We will be going nowhere else from now on!
