When I…read morewent to change it myself yesterday, I discovered that they had tightened the drain plug so tight that I had to use a breaker bar to remove it. The oil filter was also so tight that I had to use 18" Channel locks to remove it. Then I discovered that they did not oil the filter o-ring, and it was stuck to the engine. I had to use a paint scraper to get it off. In 50 years of d.i.y. oil changes, this is the first time that anything like this has happened.

They performed the work that ask him prepare, which was tire pressure sensors, and a vacuum system leak. When I pick up my vehicle, they did not put a sticker said they didn't have any. They did not inform me of this before they started. The biggest complaint was when I got on the road my check engine light came back on for another evaporator system problem so they did not repair it after charging me for a new canister.
