ALWAYS a great hair cut, color, style.... anything they do is awesome! I have very long hair and Nicole does a great job with it. I get "PM Shines" which makes my hair so healthy and covers the grays. washes out very gradually over the course of a few months. No roots to deal with. Nicole trims and layers my long hair and she is great with it. never takes off more than I want and always does exactly as I ask. Jen cuts my mom's hair and hers is short. She is an amazing stylist and loves what she does. It shows in her work! Jen also turned me on to Moroccan Oil. This stuff is AMAZING! My hair has never been healthier or looked better. absolutely the BEST hair product I have ever used. My brush slides through my hair like butter! Carol also creates beautiful hair. she too is amazing at what she does. No matter if you see Jen, Carol, or Nicole, you will love your hair when you leave Cross Street Studio! I was a grateful winner of the Christmas giveaway, thanks to a friend who entered my name. She has been going to Cross Street Studio for years and I was envious of her hair. Now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I love the music, décor, and vibe. The stylists obviously love their work and love working with each other. My hair is naturally dark , mousey brown , straight, and thin. At my first visit, I arrived with very blonde hair. I showed Jen a picture and she was able to transform my hair into a warm brown with caramel and blonde highlights. She adds volume with a touch of the iron. Their color line has a wonderful scent and does not fade like all the others I have tried. Now, I can grow my hair long for the first time ever because it silky and free of breakage! Plus, I love to change my hair color and Jen has informed me she is great with reds and that is hard to find. read more

Love this salon and Jen takes such wonderful care of me and my hair. I was sceptical to try out another hair salon on the Cape but couldn't make the drive to Boston to get my hair done anymore. I have been going to Jen for about a year and she never lets me down. She does the best natural highlights with no streaking visable, even on the first day! I also get the PM Shine which is soo amazing for your hair and makes it to soft and shiny! The cut and blowout that Jen does is amazing as well, I couldn't be more happier. The best of all is that Jen is so sweet and always so accommodating. There are times that she has even opened her salon early to fit me into her schedule for the week. I have trusted Cross St. Salon with my hair for over ten years now!! I just got home from another visit there and could not be happier with my new style. Jen , along with Carol and Nicole are so innovative, creative and talented. Jen is my stylist of choice but would gladly sit in any one of the three chairs. I have gone to Cross Street for over a year. Needed serious corrective hair color and my curls were a frizzy mess from over bleaching. Nicole SAVED my hair. With some curl advice from Jen we did a layered cut and using a gentle semi permanent color toned down the blonde. Every time I go I'm offered a cup of tea and excellent service.
