Victor and Miz acted in the most unprofessional way: - they made many mistakes (including sending the wrong ssn to the underwriter) - they gave deadlines, did not respect them and did not inform us. - they told us that "everything was OK" when it wasn't. After almost 30 days of vain promises, we went with another broker. We almost lost the condo we choose. If you want to be treated unprofessionally and you want to be sure to loose the house/condo of your dreams, Sierra Pacific is the right place for you! Unbelievable. ---- few days after--------- We did change mortgage brokers (now we are with guaranteedrate.com) and got approved in less that 5 days. Also, we were granted higher downpayment (5%more) and 0.5% less interest rate.
