I am extremely disappointed with this gym. The equipment is made only for men, the hip thrust machine and hip abductor machines are absolutely awful, OLD and hardly work. For $40 a month I would expect higher quality machines but NOPE its one of the worst gyms I've ever been to and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

On Dec 24th,2024, I experienced an unfortunate and humiliating situation that I feel compelled to address. As a loyal member, I used to attend Iron Religion Gym daily, training consistently and even providing my detailing services in front of the facility without any prior issues. However, things took an unexpected turn when my membership was suddenly canceled without explanation. When I reached out to management for clarification, I was not given any details or reasons for their decision. To add to the situation, I was also blocked from their social media page, leaving me feeling profiled and dismissed without a proper conversation. This experience is deeply disappointing, as I have always supported this establishment and expected to be treated with fairness and respect. Julia as the manager didn't address to me or give me a warning to not detail in front of the property they instantly canceled my membership with no warning or yet alone explanation! She had her mother harass me as I was taking care a client car in front of the gym. The mother doesn't work there and was addressing me to stop what I was doing or she would have called the cop. As a manager this was very unprofessional yet humiliating at the same time I came back later that evening to speak with her in person to apologize for any trouble I apologize for the situation I never had any intention to cause any problems to nobody, I'm just trying to hustle for some work. She didn't acknowledge my hand shake nor my apology. She blocked me from the company phone number which is (407) 530-9009 so I couldn't contact anyone If you had send a notice for me I definitely wouldn't allow to things get this way . This gym is perfect for a real workout . A mix of all machines as well as top of the line machines to fully enhance your work out. There isn't a pool or hot tub, but the showers get plenty hot to relax your muscles after a workout . It is 24 hours and it's great to have a late night workout in. There is a lady that owns this gym and she takes great pride and care of the facilities . The staff is beyond friendly and helpful . This is the gym where you can grunt , sweat, and lift heavy . A posing room for professionals and newbies alike . It's def got a community feel which fosters a great workout environment. Gym is spectacular as far as space and equipment! Literally everything you could want & more. Staff isn't always the most inviting though. Where can I start, this gym is like a playground for me. All the machines that instagram fitness influencers use, and more! Always clean, has hairdryers in the woman's restroom, so many areas to workout that it's almost impossible that you would be waiting on someone else to use a machine because there is so many of them! There is so much to do. They even sell meal prep meals there and there is a pose room! What I love the most, which places all the other gym's second, is the people who go to this gym, actually want to work out! You are not surrounded by people just hanging out, or trying to hit on girls. You only see serious athletes there. I am not kidding, that was legit my favorite part. I had toured so many gyms and I am very picky when it comes to my fitness facility, this one was the winner, I honestly couldn't ask for a better gym. Oh and did I mention...it's 24 hours? I didn't realize the gym was bigger than it was until the 2nd time I came here to lift. This is the place to be, great machines, equipment, and use of facility. Also, a wonderful location to practice posing for bodybuilders since there is a room with mirrors all around and decent lighting! Very cool to be surrounded by others with similar goals who are working hard which motivated me to stay even more focused when I lifted. Glad my friend recommended this place, which I then also referred others here too! One day pass was $16, I believe, and one week is $39 or so. Not a bad deal! They also carry lifting products, beverages, and refrigerate prepped meals. I also appreciate that this gym acquired some gym equipment that isn't available at your typical box gyms. read more

Not a terrible gym, there is a lot of space and equipment/weights but the woman at the front could be a little less rude. Multiple visits during our week here and she has yet to even approach tolerable, much less friendly or customer service oriented. The rest of the staff that we interacted with seem generally apathetic, with exception to the guy that was at the front today; he was friendly enough. The customers could also learn to rerack their weights (in accordance with the signage that's apparently not enforced) and improve the experience for everyone else there. It's pretty unorganized compared to our regular gym; the dumbbell racks resembling a toddlers play pen as opposed to a workout station for adults. read more

Joined for 24hour convenience and high variety in equipment. Didn't mind the lack of ac or circulating air. It just felt as humid as the out doors. Upfront they tell you there's not cancellation fees, but when you cancel they charge you $10. Then after I joined I saw that 1.The equipment was never clean (used the stairmaster and someone had spilled old protein shake that was there for so long dust/lint and a water bottle cap was stuck to the machine in the gunk) 2. Mirrors were always shattered with broken glass on the floor in dumbbell areas 3. The cleaning sprays provided were either just water or so diluted the bottle only occasionally smelled like cleaning chemicals other times they smelled like water. (Also have seen the employees fill the bottles with water from a utility closet by the bathrooms) 4. The towels provided to wipe down equipment were reusable red crusty towels that were never changed out until they failed the 2nd health inspection this week 5. During COVID 19 Pandemic, they have signs posted that masks are required to enter yet social distancing must be followed. Yet they never "enforced" this until they failed the health inspection a second time. Even with that, they only stopped myself after watched multiple people enter and exit the facility without masks and people gathering(not social distancing) around provided chairs and and tables to eat and hang out. When I was stopped by the woman at the front desked, I explained I will wear a mask but if their going to stop me then they need to enforce the mask policy with every patron and not just when they feel like saying something. Later during my workout, the woman was speaking Spanish to 2 larger built men and pointed to me. Since their conversation was none of my business I proceeded to use the womens bathroom, only to be followed by the two men she was angrily talking to. This is outrageous. Picking and choosing when to follow CDC guidelines during a pandemic, singling out members and having other employees/members of the opposite sex try to intimidate me while trying to use the bathroom???? This company has crossed the line. Terrible 6. Dumbbells and weight plates are never racked and out away. You always have to go on a wild goose chase just to find matching sets. 7. The staff isn't friendly, the trainers give you dirty looks and try to intimidate patrons by staring them down from across the gym if you're using equipment they eventually wanted to use. (But wasn't currently using). I've personally had a trainer interrupt my sets twice in the same equipment asking if I was fine yet. Then to turn around to the client and speak poorly about me in Spanish (she assumed I didn't understand). During my last rest between the sets she squeezed between me and the machine assuming I was done and dismissed me without even letting me step away or gather my belongings. I get better customer service in a Walmart. It seems if you are a male body builder and/ spend alot of socializing time/ money then that's how they determine if you worth receiving any respect as a person. If you just want a gym to stay in shape (even if your serious) but don't wear the trendiest clothes, look elsewhere. read more

It's open 24 hours, which is helpful depending on your work schedule. I'd say avoid 4p-7p time if you don't like crowds, since that's the peak time. Really amazing facility. Couldn't ask for more out of a gym as far as the available equipment, space, hours and rate. The one thing that is evident upon spending time here is that there is a clear lack of respect for this facility both from the members, trainers and management. Its impossible to walk around anywhere without tripping on equipment that someone was too lazy to re-rack or even use the water fountain without there being a massive loogie spat in it. All too often certain trainers here think it is okay to bring a bluetooth speaker and blast their music over the music that is already playing in the gym and the groups that they are training leave behind such a large mess and these problems never seem to be addressed by anyone. The lack of respect for the gym by the other members and trainers make this a hard place to keep coming back to which is really a shame considering what a premier gym this is. The staff is great and hold that same family and team spirit I like to train around. A serious gym for folks who are truly dedicated to taking their fitness to the next level! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a gym newbie, this gym has everything you need for a great workout, from extensive weightlifting equipment to well-maintained cardio machines to a bootcamp-style training area with tires, ropes and other goodies. I've been to a lot of the small mom-and-pop gyms in the area and this gym stands out above the rest for two big reasons: 1) the entire facility is incredibly CLEAN, and 2) the equipment is impeccably maintained. Folks who work out here seem to take great care of the equipment and the locker rooms (well, at least the women's locker room... I can't attest to the state of the men's locker room). A gym can be a breeding ground for germs, so it makes me happy to see how well this facility is maintained. I don't want to catch MRSA from a weight bench. Or from anything, for that matter. In addition to the quality of the facility, the people here are very friendly... and they're dedicated to fitness. If you're interested in bodybuilding, powerlifting and high-level fitness pursuits, you'll be in great company here. There are quite a few gymgoers here who compete in bodybuilding, power lifting and other athletic competitions. For me, it's very motivating to see folks training so hard. It inspires me to work out a little bit harder and push my workouts even further. What more could you ask for in a gym? If you're looking for additional bells and whistles (classes, a pool, daycare, sauna, steam room, etc.) beyond weights, cardio and bootcamp-style training, then this probably isn't the gym for you. This review comes from a bodybuilder/personal trainer perspective. Gym has some nice individual pieces of equipment that allow adjustable resistance through range of motion. Very limited variety in equipment, (things like cable machines are missing). I don't think a single thing was organized. Dumbbells, plates, spray bottles, dirty rags laying everywhere. Not sure what the gym scene is in Orlando, but I'd encourage heading elsewhere. Not much to see here. read more

One of the best bodybuilding focused gyms in the area. It can be catered to powerlifting, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting as well, but their machine variety and grip attachments are immense. Being used to commercial gyms in California, this was a breath of fresh air and I'm sad that I only had a week to experience it. Those who live in the area, don't skip out on this gem! I visited this gym while on vacation, and unfortunately, I could not rate it any higher and felt compelled to leave a review in the hopes that the gym would be improved (because it has great potential). Let's start with the pros: the gym wasn't crowded at all during my visit, open 24 hours, and had an amazing variety of equipment and machines for all types of lifters. It was a great find for a serious lifter who wanted something more than your average chain gym while being out of town. Cons: unfortunately, in my opinion, too many cons to make it worth more than 2 stars. The place is a mess! Holy cow. From the second I walked in, I couldn't believe the disorganized, junky chaos that was found throughout the entire place. Dumbbells and weights are strewn everywhere, the supposed "CrossFit/strongman" section has a lot to offer, but stuff is piled up in the corner like a hoarders house. Picture top quality, expensive equipment thrown in piles with no order or thought. The various rooms of the gym were laid out in a way that didn't seem to have any flow or organization. Plates and dumbbells covering the floors (trip hazard?). There were repeat machines/setups in almost every room. I guess this could be useful if you wanted your own private room to do a full body workout. I'm confused as to why the gym is left in this state, considering there are 24 hour employees there who could probably put things away. Much of the equipment (or at least, what I tried to use) was broken and in need of repair. The gym was clean, but still seemed very much neglected in terms of general upkeep. As a final conclusion, I was still able to get my workout in with lots of machines and options available, but this place could really benefit from a week or two or major cleanup. read more

This is a good weightlifting gym. Lots of free weights and machines for the serious weightlifter. The price is reasonable and they've done a good enough job on Covid precautions. They also let private trainers in to aid their members. That's a big deal and very commendable. However, the main issue here is laziness from the staff. They almost never get up and do anything. Even important organization and repair. There's equipment in there that has been broken or in ill repair for more than a year. Some of the repairs are simple things that could be fixed with a wrench and screwdriver. It is more than ridiculous to see a good piece of equipment nearly unusable due to gross negligence. This place could be much better if the staff would walk around during slower times and organize the equipment and tag things to be slated for repair. read more

You seem mad and bitter for what I'm sure most likely you brought upon yourself. Now let's get this very very clear First off, I'am a leader, a personal trainer a motivator, a coach and a mentor. Those who know me in this gym know me as such. 2. You want to defame my character and who I am and that will only fool blinded people. I have brought many positive changes both physically and mentally to people lives and will continue to do so regardless of your HATE. Also let's address a couple other things for your pleasure. It's very simple I charge 1 price for everyone and I make that very clear to everyone. Whether they are posing, whether they are prepping, or whether they are training with me or my team(1 simple price), if you do not like that price it is your right to find someone else. Yes, this is a body builders gym, but there are many ways this gym could improve. First off, it's huge.. which would be a good thing if there wasn't just one person working in the whole place. There's a large front room which has mostly squat racks, deadlift pads, cardio machines and benches. The benches in this room are just scattered anywhere. The dumbbells .. haha, they only go up to 60lbs and good luck trying to find dumbbells that match. The next room is called the power room. This is where all the body builders work out. Good luck getting a machine because they are all occupied indefinitely. Two more rooms... one with benches scattered around the room and a bunch of dumbbells that again, don't match and another with a bunch of machines and cables.... This room isn't so bad. Place could be a lot cleaner, maybe they should hire more staff instead of spending all their money on the decor. Maybe I just have high expectations because I go to elev8tion in Miami, which all locations are spotless, dumbbells are organized, the space is used efficiently, and the machines are new and working. Staying in Orlando for a few days and I won't be returning to this gym. I'm going to try power strength gym tonight instead. We shall see. read more
