My one major criticism is that most of the trainers are consistently late getting class started or setting up when class is supposed to begin. That's disrespectful toward the participants time especially when you tell us to sign up and sign in. The machines are good and there are plenty especially the treadmills, steppers and ellipticals. I use free weights, dumbbells and kettlebells for strength. I do wish there was another area besides the HIIT zone to do your own programming. One last criticism, the solicitation of members when they are working out. That's disruptive to the flow. The price point is cheap and I've not had any issues with membership.

There is no area to stretch and to do floor exercises without people having to walk around or over you. I cancelled my membership before because of this exact thing for it only to get better for a couple of months and now again same issue. The only change is I do not have to fight with the homeless for massage chairs. The parking is horrible. You can never find a parking spot. Cars are constantly being towed. My car has been broken into twice. First time they rummaged through my car second time I had cash taken. Maybe patrol Your lot instead of towing your members. Good luck canceling your membership no one calls back and the automated service is horrible. I can go on and on.

I had the great fortune to find Dara through Yelp reviews as I was searching for some…read morephysical/mental/emotional help after losing our son on this earth to a car crash when someone ran a red light and killed him instantly. I had gained a lot of weight due to the stress and cortisol that was released in my body along with not getting much good sleep at all for months. I knew my son would want me to grab a hold of my life and get things a bit back on track. I interviewed a few people and once I talked with Dara over a phone consultation I knew she was the perfect person to help me. I am now 3 months in and am the strongest I have been in years thanks to our strength training. I can lift my own luggage up into the overhead bin with no soreness. I can get up and down stairs fantastically now (even though I had a partial knee replacement 2 years ago). My mental health is more aligned with my goals of navigating this grief journey with moments of joy along with sadness. Dara is fantastic at adapting my workouts to my limitations and age. I know that the clothes will fit better and better as I continue the good work with her. I feel that if I had not had 6 additional deaths since the loss of my son eight months ago that I would be even further along in my toning and conditioning; however having to fly to funerals has set me back but Dara stays right by me, coaching me along, and being my biggest cheerleader and advocate. At the age of 63, I have made the best investment in myself that I could possibly make at this time. Her in-home studio is filled with all types of equipment so that my workouts are varied and effective. Her outside studio is fun to tackle on the Florida days that allow outside workouts. Dara also set up a nutrition plan which I followed religiously and still do. Dara is very aware about what your limits are and when to push you. She regularly talks with me about how I'm feeling, sleeping and my diet. Her regular attention has helped keep me mindful of the decisions I am making every day. When wedding day came around I had lost about 20 lbs. and toned up! I felt so calm on my wedding day. I believe my workouts really helped to manage my stress leading up to that day and Dara was always there to keep me focused and encouraged! She won't let you give up! I am not going to quit now that the wedding is over. After the honeymoon I got right back on schedule. Dara wants her clients to be happy and successful.
