Well a little education for you, my disability allows me to have my fully trained service animal at whatever distance I need to have her at. So you expect me to go re rack my weights after every set and make my service animal get up and down and up and down every 2 minutes to be at my side?? No sir. Service animals obviously not welcome at this gym. And before the service animal confrontation he said I could not grunt. No grunting at a powerhouse gym. Corporate will be hearing from me.

It one big room, no real dividers. There are a lot of different machines and options. I really liked that there is a separate space just for women. That area/room has its own machines. I wish there were more options in that area. I didn't workout in the women's area. I just went to normal area. Lots of people for a Friday night. I had to find the machines I wanted as I'm not a regular here. I liked that the treadmill area had fans above them, or at least the cardio machine I used did lol. There is a kid space for them to be entertained while parents workout. There's also tanning bed area. In addition, there's a shake bar. You can get regular shakes, protein, or weight loss options. Again. I was pleasantly surprised by the gym. I would go back.

I came in to cancel my membership less than 2 weeks ago due to finances. I came back in today to…read morerestart it. It was the same lady. The lady next to her asks "did she not offer you the 3 months free?" When I said no, she laughed and said that mistake cost me a lot of money. I then had to pay $20 plus $50 to re-enroll in a plan I had 2 weeks ago. So not only did I not get the 3 months free, but I'm also out $70, while they laughed at me. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said they would when they got there, but didn't take any of my contact info. The fact they both laughed in my face about it was awful service. They should be ashamed. Make this right, planet fitness!

I was doing a normal workout and got hit with the Lunk Alarm for "dropping" 40 lb dumbbells -- even though I wasn't dropping them. I was simply setting them down after my set. Anyone who actually lifts knows that weights make some noise when you're putting in effort. I calmly went to the front desk and asked if the alarm was for me. The employee said yes and accused me of dropping the weights. I explained that I wasn't, and she told me to "use lighter weights and work up if they're too heavy." If I'm lifting them, clearly they're not too heavy. Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I then asked to cancel my membership. Instead of helping, she raised her voice, refused to cancel it, and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. As I was leaving, I took a picture of the wall with the Lunk Alarm to document the situation -- not of her or any member. She started yelling again, telling me to "get out before she calls the cops again." Now I've been told I'm not allowed to come back to the gym at all. This is pure retaliation. I did nothing wrong other than stand up for myself and ask for my membership to be canceled. Planet Fitness advertises itself as a Judgment Free Zone, but this location couldn't be further from that. The staff's behavior was hostile, discriminatory, and completely out of line. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am looking into legal options. If you value respect, professionalism, or a real workout environment, avoid this place at all costs.

I love the way Aireanne really cares about her clients and works to accommodate all their personal exercise needs. She really helped me become more comfortable working out in a gym setting. When I first started training I had no idea what I was doing, but after a couple sessions with Aireanne, I learned so much. She works with all different ages but works just as hard with everyone. I highly recommend her for any personal trainings needs!!

I scheduled my appointment online about 2 weeks ago for today August 17th at 4:00 p.m. this morning the groomer called me at 11:00 a.m. asking if I could come in earlier because they close at 6:00 p.m. today and she didn't want to be rushed first off why do they offer 4:00 p.m. appointment on Sunday when they close at 6:00 if it was going to make them rest secondly I agreed to come in an hour earlier if I get there at 3:00 just to find out that their records show that my appointment doesn't begin until 4:00 mind you they didn't tell me this until 4:00 so my dog sat back inside and the kennel or whatever for an hour then the groomer comes out and tells me that my dog is getting big and she's going to lunch so grooming when she gets back so in the meantime I'm very frustrated and so I talked to the manager and she's just like yes ma'am yes ma'am and they didn't offer to do anything and so they said I would be charged for just the bath which included a nail trim which was needed badly so I told him to make sure to trim his nails so the Grandma comes back from lunch doesn't say boo to me and then I see it finally at 4:45 that someone has my dog in the grooming area you know combing it real slow while the groomer has her back to me talking to that person so I asked another lady if she could go check to see if his nails have been done yet so we could go because I didn't ask for him to be styled or anything she comes back tosses my dog into my arms and I say well I checked his nails and they hadn't been done I said why she said because you're being very rude to us man just go free of charge so I went back to the manager that I spoke with earlier and I asked her I said man was I rude when I spoke to you and the groomers over there earlier she said no ma'am I said well they just told me they just tossed my dog in my arms and told me that I'm being very rude so they didn't even cut his nails or anything all they did was bathe and dry him which he wasn't even all the way dry and said to leave free of charge so she says what I'm a new manager so I'm not sure what can be done I said is there another man during the storm she said yes so she went and got him I told him the whole story and he says will let me go talk to him he goes over there and is over there with the groomers for probably I don't know 15 minutes and he comes back over and I said well what did they tell you why I was being rude and he said no we didn't talk about specifics all they mentioned was that you happen to say a comment that you've heard bad things about Petco grooming yes I did say that as a passing comment when I was talking to the lady who checked me in wasn't a big deal besides whether I heard bad things or not I was there to get my dog groomed wasn't I he didn't talk about specifics with him what the fuck did you go over there and talk about then So it all ended with My dog just getting a bath and nothing else Which I got for free big deal That's not what I went there to get all I ask was why did you ask me to come in an hour earlier if you're not going to start my appointment until an hour later and then you up and go to lunch so I gotta wait another 30 minutes till you get back And no one could answer me The other girls were like I don't know I don't know what we can ask her when she gets back from lunch And then she gets back from lunch and then stay boo to me The place is very rude I don't know how they're grooming skills are because I didn't get a chance Experience it But just for the store in general and the managers dug and whatever the new girl manager's name was and then the groomer is Emily J Negative negative review for those people And the entire experience
