You will get challenged but in the most safe, healthy, and positive way. The owner cares more about safety and the quality results of the athlete more than just collecting a drop-in or membership fee - which is very refreshing. There's no ego's here so the options they provide to meet you wherever you're at in your fitness level is unparalleled, meaning you may lift a PVC pipe vs. a heavy barbell, but make no mistake, they'll encourage your to give your best effort and intensity with that PVC pipe - and if its a barbell or heavy barbell for you, then you'll get the same encouragement but also a priority on safety. Do give them a try, and you'll never be the same. If you just want to come in and do whatever you want and not be coached, this may not be the place for you.

From Katie's gentle encouragement, to Mackenzie's steadfast silliness ("air out your armpits" while we do wheelbarrows never fails to make me giggle), to Anne Marie's casual confidence ("don't worry, it's just a workout!" is called out often during her classes) to Isobel's sharp eye for detail and corrections, you have the most amazing, supportive, attentive array of women. They adjust as needed, encourage when I'm dying, and bribe as necessary ("last oblique move of class!" Is my FAVORITE). I feel like I'm a safe little baby chicken under the protection of many mama hens when I'm in class with these rockstar women! I could never give this place any less than 5 stars. Honestly I wish I could give it 10. This place is my absolute favorite workout I've ever done in Nashville. This place is so good I stopped signing up for free ClassPass memberships under different phone numbers and now pay money for MPower. If you know anything about Asian people, you know what a big deal that is. I'm gonna call out the lady who left a 4 star review now. Yes, there is no showers. I don't see why it matters and why you'd dock a star. If the space wasn't plumbed for a shower what are they supposed to do, break building code and build one anyways? Drag a hose in and stick it up on the wall? Just go home and shower y'all. It's not that difficult and we need to support businesses by phenomenal, stellar people, not knock them down for petty little things. I personally would carry deodorant, perfume, and a change of clothes with me, change and freshen up in the bathroom, and go straight to work with no issue. They have ample free parking at the studio and are easy to locate. The classes are easy to book and reschedule online too. They have a nice bathroom. The only reason I didn't continue the membership: the studio does not have showers. I understand they are smaller and newer-- but as someone who lives about 40 min away, I found it difficult to fit classes into my schedule when I had to go back home to shower every time. If they ever decide to add showers, I will definitely be going back- would recommend!

I have been to fancy gyms that charge $20 if you don't have a membership. Ridiculous. The classes are also great, I love the boot camp they offer and it will totally kick your butt!
