It one big room, no real dividers. There are a lot of different machines and options. I really liked that there is a separate space just for women. That area/room has its own machines. I wish there were more options in that area. I didn't workout in the women's area. I just went to normal area. Lots of people for a Friday night. I had to find the machines I wanted as I'm not a regular here. I liked that the treadmill area had fans above them, or at least the cardio machine I used did lol. There is a kid space for them to be entertained while parents workout. There's also tanning bed area. In addition, there's a shake bar. You can get regular shakes, protein, or weight loss options. The restroom is minimally clean and the shower is gross. The gym floor has used used machines. The down side the owner does everything via Facebook, messenger and email. That includes membership. They are out of key fobs so any new members will need to wait till they get news ones. The owner doesn't really post what's happening on social media. THey will put a note on the door when you arrive the gym. But am thankful for a gym just wish they would take more pride in the up keep especially for their members.

I was doing a normal workout and got hit with the Lunk Alarm for "dropping" 40 lb dumbbells -- even though I wasn't dropping them. I was simply setting them down after my set. Anyone who actually lifts knows that weights make some noise when you're putting in effort. I calmly went to the front desk and asked if the alarm was for me. The employee said yes and accused me of dropping the weights. I explained that I wasn't, and she told me to "use lighter weights and work up if they're too heavy." If I'm lifting them, clearly they're not too heavy. Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I then asked to cancel my membership. Instead of helping, she raised her voice, refused to cancel it, and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. As I was leaving, I took a picture of the wall with the Lunk Alarm to document the situation -- not of her or any member. She started yelling again, telling me to "get out before she calls the cops again." Now I've been told I'm not allowed to come back to the gym at all. This is pure retaliation. I did nothing wrong other than stand up for myself and ask for my membership to be canceled. Planet Fitness advertises itself as a Judgment Free Zone, but this location couldn't be further from that. The staff's behavior was hostile, discriminatory, and completely out of line. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am looking into legal options. If you value respect, professionalism, or a real workout environment, avoid this place at all costs.

I would give the gym 5 stars if not for a few inconveniences: 1. The women's sauna (in bathroom) is "out of order" nearly everytime I have went to use it. 2. The infrared pod has been out of order multiple times, so still haven't used that yet 3. The cryogenic machine has been down a few times but it looks to be better now that it isn't being used as much as it was grand opening week. I hope I get to use that soon. The facility has already said they will be adding sign up slots for the cryogenic machine, as well as roping off the recovery machines since it is an additional fee to the base membership. Lastly, the bathrooms should have paper towels, not just hand dryers. Sometimes I like to wipe my face or my armpits after a workout and prefer to not do it with toilet paper. My husband said someone even brought a roll of paper towels into the men's bathroom, which was then overflowing out of the trash cans because the trash wasn't taken out. I am not sure if the facility has shower towels. They aren't in the bathroom but may be available at the front desk.

They act like total savages and very dishonest with their customer service. Especially Jason and Andrew, who ever hired these unprofessional douchebags as managers needs to be fired and I hope everyone notices that this gym is a bunch of scams and has shady business. I will NEVER Support UFC ever again. Despite my efforts, they continue to charge me not only the regular membership fee but also unexplained additional charges. This isn't just poor service, it's a clear pattern of evasiveness and dishonesty. Their refusal to provide straightforward cancellation options and their continued billing without consent reflect a serious lack of integrity.
