If your a fata$$, like I used to be & nothing motivates dat a$$.... THIS might be your life saver, LITERALLY. Because being fat will kill you!! The Coaches- not pushy, patient, funny, dorky, sometimes you want to punch them in the face but their so fn innocent looking you want to hug them at the same time- so, Ok what everrrrrrr, I'll do 5 more burpees The Community- mostly made up of mom's & dad's with a few hipsters thrown in for a good measure & laughs. Very supportive, non- competitive, super friendly..... it's kind of creepy, why is everyone so cool?! Did someone tell them I'm secretly in the CIA or something? The Gym- Its on the smaller side but there's never been a problem with space or the ability to do any movements. Even when there's a large group of ppl the coaches always make it work. The Location- right of exit 54 of 95 in Georgetown, even from a couple cities away, it's very easy and quick to get to! It's also a dead end street in the woods, so when running is involved, no one has to see your sweaty butt dying on the sidewalk other then the other crossfitters doing the same thing. I'm in the best shape of my life now, finally, now that I'm in my freaking 40's because of this place.... wish I looked this good when I was in my 20's!!!!

But that being said, I have never had an issue getting into a class or finding one that fits my schedule. My favorites are the TRX Bootcamp with Alex and the Power BURN with Jonathan. I signed back up for ClassPass recently and was so thankful to be able to take BURN classes again, even during a pandemic. I've since gone back into the studio for in-person classes, which are masked and have limited capacity, but now prefer to take their classes online. My favorite classes have been Tabata Burn and Power Burn. Jonathan, who teaches both, is charismatic and makes the class feel engaging even through Zoom. I would say the classes are challenging, but suited for all skill levels, and they encourage you to modify the workouts for whatever feels good for you.

I've been a member for about two years and appreciate the fact it's accessible 24 hours a day via a barcode nob that slides outside to open the door. There are plenty of elliptical machines, treadmills, and stationary bikes; along with your usual group of Nautilus (or Cybex or whoever makes the) aerobic machines. There's also a small downstairs room of boxing bags and yoga balls but I rarely use them.

For the biggest kids there's a mini rock wall and super cool climbing structure. There are a ton of swings and loads of benches. There's a section of benches with a canopy over it for shade and a bunch more under some nice big trees. Best of all they have a splash pad! There's a tube like thing that mists for the little ones and some big jets that shoot up for the older kids. There's also a nice walking path by a small man made pond. Before they renovated there was frisbee golf though I'm not sure if that's still there. And they also have a public restroom. My pictures won't do it justice, this park rocks!

Exceptional Coaching, World-Class Facility, and True Flexibility for Busy Schedules As a busy dad and executive, my schedule is all over the place -- but CrossFit Full Potential makes it possible to stay consistent. Their class schedule is incredibly flexible, with sessions running throughout the day, so I can always find a time that fits. I've dropped into CrossFit gyms around the world, and I can confidently say the coaching here is world-class. There are typically two instructors in every class, which means you're getting personal attention and constant feedback on form and performance. The facility itself is top-notch. The equipment is always in perfect working order -- bikes don't squeak, rowers work smoothly, and they've got all the gear you could ever need for a full CrossFit experience. Beyond group classes, I've also done private instruction here and had my kids train at the gym when they were younger. The coaches taught them the fundamentals of lifting safely and effectively -- lessons that carried through to the point where they're now Division I college athletes. CrossFit Full Potential in Newburyport, MA is an awesome CrossFit facility! My entire family (my wife, myself and our two kids: 14 and 17), attend their classes and all of the CrossFit Coaches (Geoff, Lauren, Clark, Erin, Caitlyn and Michael) are always super helpful and patient with us, but also challenge us to get the most out of our sessions. We really like it here, because they offer a ton a sessions throughout the day / week, which allows us to design a schedule that meets our schedules (which constantly change from week-to-week). The facility is always clean, organized and they take the COVID protocols seriously to help keep people safe (and working out!) The owner, Danny Vadala, is very cool and supportive to my family and it's apparent that he loves his job and the facility and seeing people reach their goals in getting healthy and physically fit. We would highly recommend CrossFit Full Potential to anyone who's interested in getting into shape and enjoying the workout environment. read more

This is a wonderful, topnotch gym with the best crew of coaches, and a great group of people to work out alongside with. It's a motivating place that lets people of all fitness levels and experience feel welcomed and comfortable. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivated, and really work with each of us as individuals in whatever class you are taking part in. There is great variety of classes, the schedule can work for almost anyone, and every day feels like a new challenge which makes it super fun!! All their workouts are challenging and fun, and I always walk out of CFFP feeling happy that I went there that day! I have been going to Crossfit Full potential for over two years after trying multiple other places. Yes, you can go to any fitness center and get a workout but what you get here is acceptance for who you are, encouragement from your classmates ( some of my favorite people!) and coaches and lead management that know how to differentiate instruction and adapt the program to your needs. The coaches know their craft and incorporate proper technique and nutrition advising. Let alone, the fitness classes here will transform you both physically and spiritually. This place is sacred ground for me , bottom line.... it changed my life!!! read more

My daughter started at CrossFit Full Potential about 5 years ago doing a CrossFit Kids class, she is now 17 and goes twice a week. As a student athlete it gives her a tremendous edge on any sport she participates in. She is always in the best shape when starting any new sport season. Danny, Geoff and all the staff have been so wonderful to her. Plus, when she was younger, they helped her modify her workouts to her ability. read more

Never thought that I would be able to do crossfit. Well, I have been a member of CFFP since last Thanksgiving time. Danny and his team are fantastic. Couldn't be happier that I found CFFP. The coaches take the time to know each of us and always provide modifiers if needed. I only attend twice a week, filling in with walks, occasional yoga, and a busy job, but the benefit is unlike any other I've experienced in the various gym settings I've used before. I would typically wander around doing a little of this and a little of that and convincing myself that it was better than nothing. If you are new to Fitness and need further guidance, ID shop around at a more commercial gym ( not Planet Fitness) I used to be a Personal Trainer at Choice Fitness Haverhill and they can better help the "unfamiliar" gym goers.
