Everything looks worn out....the finish is worn off the benches under the lockers, there's gum (or something that looks like it) on the floors of the showers in the pool area.and it's been there for months. And if you're a woman over 40, expect condescending treatment from the manager.

I have lived here since they opened same unit and have paid a yearly increase and never been late with a payment. When I approached the property manager an tried to explain how the proposed rent increase would make me homeless she responded that was not her problem. I thought I was involved in a housing program that once approved I was safe. The kick in the teeth is the The Residence of Salisbury Square doesn't care. And to the ywca, poor disabled and handicapped elderly Tennant's only count till they can make more money off someone else. I unfortunately could not keep up with speed of time stations as I developed a severe problem with vertigo 2/3 into my program. I have asked for a mere one month refund two times by letter and phone message but have not gotten any response. Lots of classes, the 6am fits perfectly with my work schedule and is a great start to the day. Easy to get to and lots of parking removes so much hassle from getting to class. The Infrared heat allows me to get a sauna and a workout in at the same time. I have definitely noticed the difference in my overall mental and physical health with regular infrared in my life. While the classes are definitely a good workout, this is definitely a yoga studio with all of the instructors including some aspect of the 5,000 year old yogic tradition in their classes. Such a refreshing change from studios that just want to be a fitness club.
